On busy weeknights, you can make it part of the evening routine —
play during bath time, sit together with baby and read a bedtime book, or sing lullabies together.

Fact: Just because you stick to a routine does not mean that you have to be regimental and strict at bedtime; encourage your child to relax
during the evening by spending
time with them,
bathing them, reading them a story and
playing soothing music to them; this way they understand that it is bed
time and they will learn that this mean they have to go to sleep.
I also thought about other things related to new motherhood: Some women get night - nurses or full -
time nannies from the get - go (and forego the duties and «bonding» that take place
during nap - rituals, diaper - changing,
bath time and
play time — nursing or not).
Your little one will have plenty of bubbles to splash and
play in, giving you a chance to bond with him
during bath time.
During the day children can be taken to the
play grounds, to
play on the beach and help is also available for
bathing times and shopping or assist on tours and trips.
Pick a
time when you do something routine — eat dinner with family,
play with your kids, or take a relaxing
bath — and turn your phone off
during it.
