Playbook do not differ greatly from the submission process for RIM smartphones.
Today's breaking news is the fact Adobe is going to be launching their «Creative Suite» of
applications in the next few months to really make the
Playbook stand out from the other tablets.
RIM recently announced that they will be incorporating Google Android
applications into the pipeline of the
Playbook soon.

Playbook working faster, with the Android
