I think our best football this season was against man city at the emirates, i have never seen arsenal put up that sort of fight against a top team in a long time, although we didn't win I was satisfied with the hunger we showed, i would always prefer le coq to Flamini but that is not what would win us this game, we need to show the right attitude, go there to win it, and When I say go there to win it, i don't mean throw everybody forward, I mean go out there with a winning and commited mentality, being ready to throw yourself at the shot, make the all important tackle instead of ducking when the cross comes it, all 11 players need to be ready to fight for the win, we need the boys fired up, COYG.
I would like to tell arsenal fan that the transfer window is not arsenal's problem.Let explain what is in my mind.We need to reinforce our team but we need to think in the future that most of the high class players are going to refuse signing for arsenal fc because of Mr Wenger's philosophy. It looks like arsenal becomes cemetery of players. How many players came in and left because of performance, became good players out of arsenal. We need to accept all of the transformation Mr wenger brings in arsenal but now it does not work. Why??? because lack of tactics, strategies and pretending best players for Mr wenger mind but in reality those players do not get standard of best player.Mr wenger wants to prove everybody that he is wright that players who are calling by wenger are best.I means Mr wenger is the only one can see all matter in good position or bad.He is wrong by thinking this way.He does not like criticism.he is the mind of arsenal.Everything he can say or defend is wright.Think about morrinho comments about arsenal!!!! Why he likes to be arsenal coach!!!! One thing I want to say about arsenal players, I think everybody watch arsenal games. We have got short mind players who play two good games and the rest shameless. They are working hard in the training ground for catching Mr wenger's mind to let them play; what is behind their (players) mind to be the most regular players. Those players have no vision even ambition; they are never becoming high class and their carriers are going to finish in arsenal after arsenal we are going to see them playing for championship. They do not care to become legend as Ian wright, Vierra, Berckam, piress, Henry... What is the big behind their mind to use wenger name to be selected in national team. They are not able to face different leagues in the world.
Maybe it is the fact that the pace and passing game of Arsenal with Alexis Sanchez, Walcott, Ozil, Cazorla and Ramsey is taking a lot out of teams and allowing Giroud to come on against tiring players.
Our player of the season so far?Certainly the most consistent.JACK AND OZIL CONTRACTS - just get them signed up for F *** S SAKE.Jack doesn't want to go anywhere and Ozil will have his choice of big clubs to choose from if allowed to be able to go on a free. How about giving out a statement of our ambitions (yeah right) and show were prepared to pay whatever it takes (up to the point of being ridiculous) to SIGN the best and KEEP the best» These two are the best we have so get them sorted early to send out a message of how serious we intend to be.AUBAMEYANG - So what if he has a contract. So did Sanchez.Offer the right money to Dortmund and the player and he will be ours. What is there to question over this deal?He is a proven goalscorer. We have just lost one.Get the deal done.GIROUD - Get rid of him to Dortmund if they want him either by selling or if it sweetens the deal just loan him till the end of the season. He was a back up when Sanchez was here and will be on the mix of back ups if Auba signs. He has a World Cup squad to fight for just to be considered so needs to be playing every week.We do not need him if Auba signs and would demand better than him if the deal fails to happen.Just get rid.JONNY EVANS - I'm not sure.Agree Kos needs nursing through games and we do not have consistent performers to come in if he is injured or rested mainly due to both Chambers and Holdimg not progressing through as much as we first thought and hoped for.Gooners have always been patient and supportive of the youngsters as they have come through but question marks to the whole coaching staff as to why these two seem to have stalled as much as they have done.Steve Bould - What do you do?You should be ashamed.
Gibbs should be sold if West Brom come in with 10 million and if we somehow get rid of Debuchy and sell Chambers and Lucas too plus the money for Szczesny we'll bag enough cash to buy a player or two who will improve the squad without doing major damage, because we had players with the numbers 1,2,3 and 10 either out of the club or playing less than 10 games last season.

On paper you would think that playing Forest would be an easyish task, considering they have won only one of their last 8 games in the Championship, but League form goes out of the window when it comes to the FA Cup, especially when Wenger is forced to play some second string players to help the First XI team regain some strength for the Top Four challenge.

Bellerin is fast becoming one of my favorite players in the gunners squad, thought we were doomed for sure when Gomis went racing through and then got around Cech in the first half but in came Bellerin out of nowhere just in time to save the day... It was a really pivotal moment in the game and I think we could well be looking at a different result if we had gone a goal down in the first half!
but the long - term solution is for AFC to get rid of itself of what has now become its biggest liability: a manager that well past his prime that * is ultimately unambituous (not buying the best players), * ineffective in transfer windows by not paying enough or having enough backups, * passing on players like fabergas & getting kalstrom, * unable to motivate his players up for the big games, * unable to get the best out of his team by putting them in weird lineups, * favoritism to certain players, shuns others (like pod / roz until they lose their skills), * inability / unwillingness to adapt formation for big games,... thank you for the memories wenger: all good things must come to an end.
This is a scandalously large topic on the lack of fresh faces on both the board and the coaching staff, but recently players have come out and questioned the managers tactics like Koscielny did for the Chelsea game «I think we played some players in front of others and I think we should have played more as a team and there was space to do so».
I rather focus on players we are having, and our game which is not anywhere near to the form last season and that I will blame the manager if he can not manage to get the best out of the current talented group of player in the coming games.

It has come to this thanks to Wenger, missing out another above average player such as Giroud, we had hopes with Welbeck as he had a couple of good games, but don't forget he is a REJECT from MANURE and he was the best that Wenger could find the stingy POS brought ARSENAL to this a midlevel team....

Crystal palace, Leicester, QPR, Newcastle etc all stepped up their pressing games and we were all over the place, having more quality individual players gets us out of problems, but when we come up against teams on somewhat our level or better then us we mostly lose or draw at best.
We didn't need a manager this season if we're just gonna put out the same players that come 5th anyone could of done what wenger is doing it's easy I buy lacazette then put he same team out from the same squad even when I have injuries it's easy just put out the rest of the squad and play them out of position I mean I'd take 8mil to do that oxlade at lwb kolansinac at cb elneny cm holding rcb there's no work of a manager there just put in players were others ain't ready to play then buy nobody else and do interviews with the same excuses job done next game change some ppl around but same ppl that came 5th then sell Alexis do interviews same excuses job done transfer window closes fans wish they never supported arsenal wenger laughing to the bank job done
You can not expect players to come out in interviews and say:» We have asked Ranieri to revert back to our high pressing game which won us our title last season but he is ignoring our request and persisting with a way of play we don't believe in and which causes us to struggle.»
Arsenal players got ta stop talking every now and then...... they'd come out and face the media before a game then (it may) end in a 90 mins of woeful showing....
High pressure game and I am hoping Wenger doesn't put out a team full of players on the come - back trail.
He has to be one of our best players.Even if he is just used as an impact player he can come on and change a game He can make things happen.I feel that the present line up is sterile and too predictable. To get the best out of Giroud he needs players with pace around him.
i remember reading on twitter a little while back someone mention that we were in talks with a big name player in germany, that the talks were getting under way back then and said it could talk a while to iron out, when i read the tweet (it very much reminded me of when we signed ozil just a faint whisper on twitter and then it just happened) real under the radar stuff, this could be it coming to its end game and boom mr x signs on the dotted line.
Granite Xhaka saved us last night, i'm not a great fan of Xhaka but i thought the game changed as soon as he come on, on Wilshere i have been his biggest supporter but last night he let me down badly, he made no space for himself he was just out for the fresh air, i thought Sead had a lousy game to even do he scored, it was a sad night for Arsenal supporters and football to watch that, there were plenty of alarms raised when we played Ostersunds FK in the first leg in the second half, AW should of known better to prepare his team and should get off his ass and shout a bit from the side line like all passionate managers do when they send a message to their players
But the way the Arsenal players enjoyed the moment and took it upon themselves, to overcome what has been a difficult period for them — due to injuries and the pile of fixtures — was possibly the biggest positive to come out of last night's game.
Chambers - Paid a lot of money for a young player with little experience in regards First Team and Premiership games. He looked a good prospect and because of injuries to the squad he found himself playing very soon into his Arsenal career. This caught up with him a bit as did playing with different CB partners and filling in at full back.Form dipped and was out of the side till a year long loan move to Boro.He was playing every week and despite them going down he was one of their best and consistent players. He has been indifferent since coming back but has looked better in last few games he has played.I believe there is a very decent centre back in this player and would not describe him as a bad buy at all.
Nothing like one underachiever blowing smoke up the ass of another... we know that Ozil has some incredible technical gifts, but to be considered the best you have to bring more than just assists to the table... for me, a top player has to possess a more well - rounded game, which doesn't mean they need to be a beast on both ends of the pitch, but they must have the ability to take their game to another level when it matters most... although he amassed some record - like stats early on, it set the bar too high, so when people expected him to duplicate those numbers each year the pressure seemed to get the best of our soft - spoken star... obviously that's not an excuse for what has happened in the meantime, but it's important to make note of a few things: (1) his best year was a transition year for many of the traditionally dominant teams in the EPL, so that clearly made the numbers appear better than they actually were and (2) Wenger's system, or lack thereof, didn't do him any favours; by playing him out of position and by not acquiring world - class striker and / or right - side forward that would best fit an Ozil - centered offensive scheme certainly hurt his chances to repeat his earlier peformances, (3) the loss of Cazorla, who took a lot of pressure off Ozil in the midfield and was highly efficient when it came to getting him the ball in space, negatively impacted his effectiveness and (4) he likewise missed a good chunk of games and frankly never looked himself when he eventually returned to the field... overall the Ozil experiment has had mixed reviews and rightfully so, but I do have some empathy for the man because he has always carried himself the same way, whether for Real or the German National team, yet he has only suffered any lengthy down periods with Arsenal... to me that goes directly to this club's inability to surround him with the necessary players to succeed, especially for someone who is a pass first type of player; as such, this simply highlights our club's ineffective and antiquated transfer policies... frankly I'm disappointed in both Ozil and our management team for not stepping up when it counted because they had a chance to do something special, but they didn't have it in them... there is no one that better exemplifies our recent history than Ozil, brief moments of greatness undercut by long periods of disappointing play, only made worse by his mopey posturing like a younger slightly less awkward Wenger... what a terribly waste
The season before last 14 15 we did better with the points than last season even though we came second from last season we know we conceded many goals from set pieces and were very short on goal scoring the logic of this season was to fix the defensive department and the offensive department by introducing a defender to reduce the amount of goals conceded unless holding is to be the man we havent us of yet fixed the problem on the offensive department we all know the only offensive player is chuba apkom well else we have not addressed the problem so in reality I do not except Arsenal to finish the season with more than 70 points and personally think minimum point required to win the premier league is 85 points have we got that in our squad it will remain to be seen if chuba and holding are enough for a key to unlock the season we will soon find out but I think MR wenger is gambling with the introduction of new manageress which lives us with Liverpool and Leicester and who will take the points off united chelsea and city the next 6 games should give us the indication to what may happen to the long run for the new year
What's the point when there's little rotation, players are played out of position and substitutions almost never come before the 70th of the game???
John Blakeman came to the University of Missouri five years ago as a promising young football player, but mononucleosis and a broken wrist kept him out of all but two games his freshman season.
case 2 jurgen klopp he was always up on the touchline animated (he is a joy to watch just on his own without the team) talking to his players and encouraging them to keep chasing the ball down, and counter attack and he wasn't scared to make changes to the shape or tactics through out the game to gain advantage, where he could clued up manager (what wenger was once upon a time) he is the future of football management, take your bow klopp you earned it last night can only hope when the time comes we can convince to take us to the future of modern football.
