Haven't we had situations where
all players in a given position are injured same time?

+ wenger out is more than just lack of spending; its not studying the opposition, not rotating
players, not addressing why we have so much more injuries than others, not subbing early enough to
give incoming
players a chance to influence the game, not playing
players in their best
positions. . . .
I really don't want to turn my comment into a negative about wenger, I'm as tired of it as much as everyone else is but the sooner ozil is
given the chance
in the middle the better, if there are other
players who
in wengers view are better
in that
position then wenger will have to sell him with a massive loss.
What about the 2nd half of last season, don't think he played consistently then, missed chances,
gave the ball away trying to do too much and not passing to
players in better
positions.
Of note he has started to make space
in the midfield by asking Campbell to find a new team, another
player who is far better than the english core, but will not be
given the time to grow, as the likes of Ramsay, Wilshere, Walcott and Chamberlain,, even to the detriment of the team
position in the league, such a tragedy
Arsene playing a balanced team will
give you positive results, especially playing against a big team, over the past years we have continued to use
players not suited for certain
positions, we actually had a
player who used left foot on the left side of the field who got
in attacking
position, Kolasinac to me was the most important
player going forward and defending.
Wenger has no tactics, plays his favourite
players over better
players,
gives long term contracts to average and injury prone
players, hates strong physical
players, plays
players out of
position, always looking for excuse like refrees and saying other teams played more
in pre season, does nt spend money on
players required like if we need strikers he will buy CAM, waits for other teams to buy top
players and signs average on deadline day, calls accident when we lose, talks cohesion and mental strength when we beat terrible teams and win mickey mouse trophy like Asia cup and community shield.

I would praise Mr Wenger for finishing
in the top 3 or 4 if he brought the world class
players that we all know we need
in the right
positions and made a sincere effort to win something... The reason why a large number of Arsenal fans and critics are on his back is because for many years now Mr Wenger has neglected to strengthen certain key
positions that would of
given us a much better chance of winning trophies.
Garde came

The last teo games ozil even has mistake passes
in the counter passing the ball too behind the target (sanchez yerterday, perez vs soton)... that is unacceptable for a
player who his only imput is his pass... cazorla
in the cam
position give us shooting from outside and thats something we desperatly need... yersterday the coq was the only one who try from outside the box... like always we were trying to put the ball
in the net with the
player... wenger is responsable for that, because his «arsenal way» and ozil is too becausehe is allways looking for the pass... yesterday i would send off ozil and the ox
in the min 30... puting alexis on the wing, cazorla cam, xhaka cmand giroud cf (we do nt have more)

In all honesty Arsenal played well we had very good position with loads of chances and 13 corner kicks how come we are so crappy at scoring corners???? We need to start scoring the chances we get from corners we could have easily beat southhampton by 4 goals but forster was good he got the 3 points off us MR wenger should go back to the drawing board as he has some options one of witch could the calling of welington silva or a reshuffle bring iwobi in elneny or new methods in tactics as in picking players and rehearse attacks strategy As for the referee I to felt done by him there was on particular foul on sanches that was not giving at the end we need to register our efforts and be clinic

In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger'

His
positioning was all over the place, he looked lacklustre
in his attempts to keep the ball and ultimately he
gave the ball away more times during his short cameo appearance, than most
players over the 90 minutes.
The former Tottenham Hotspur boss, who was once a strong candidate to take the job of coaching the national team after Fabio Capello quit the
position back
in 2012, believes that half the
players «don't
give a toss» and that the fans are fed up of watching their country play.
and you don't win titles with
players who might get better playing as THE best option
in any
given position.
What Wenger said about Ramsey: I just consider the next game and try to find the balance with the
players to be
in a
position where they can
give their best for the team.
Signing
players is just part of Wenger faults, playing them
in the right
position is another, zero tactics is his biggest fault, he has no new ideas, you can
give him Chelsea and he will manage to miss the Title....
Given, that all chances of a major trophy more or less are gone, star
players with unresolved contracts, motivation and confidence at a very low point and a manager
in a very shaky
position, the ingredients for more disasters are there.
It's very seldom I put myself
in a
position of
giving the
players a reason for losing, but I'm not sure it's all on the
players.
Can someone
in Arsenal impose to Wenger to buy a true DM and a new CB
in January and makes him rotate the team, don t play
players out of
position and
give up the wish of praise for nurturing young (averages) british
players.
Prior to a match tv presenters
give us their impression of how the
players will
positioned in the field not what actually happens on the field.
Ofcorse it is, the injuries are to be blamed for all Arsenal problems. This year it is the injuries, last year it is the injuries and the year before that it is the injuries. It is really shame for a club like arsenal to
give excuses for their problem on injuries season after season after season.According to the manager, the
players and the majority of the fans, the problems has nothing to do with the fact that the club did not strengthened the most problematic area
in the team, DM and CBs; it has nothing to do with the fact that
players were played out of
position; and it has nothing to do with the fact that Wenger's tactical inability (for games like Liverpool 5 - 1, Chelsea 6 - 0, City 6 - 3, Everton 3 - 0, Andrelechet 3 - 3, Swansea 2 - 1).
He's predominantly a left - winger but can play across any of the attacking midfield
positions so he'd certainly
give Wenger plenty of options
in the final third if he was to move to the Emirates this summer — although the report says Chelsea and Liverpool are also interested
in the
player so we could face stiff competition.
We put the Ox
in positions he doesn't want to play
in, just so we
give him game time, when he is one of our best
players in other areas where we lack power.
Please, do not
give me excuses about injuries etc, we have had those the most since 2004, who to blame than Wenger, who has overplayed and played
players in wrong
position and did not purchase the RIGHT
players in RIGHT places during summer, defensive midfield
player and center back to cover Verminator.
so a first choice defence of bellerin gab kos and darmien with kondogbia
in DM
position would
give forward
players real confidence... debouchey, chambers mert monreal as backup... and then a quality attacking option reus sterling pedro lacazette whatever... all better than walcott...... thats 3
in and half a dozen out... shouldnt be a big deal..
Also I haven't seen figures on Leicesters spending
in 2015 buy my guess is that it was quite a bit higher than previous seasons
give the number of
players they brought
in... some at bargain rates with hindsight... Wenger should be investing relative to clubs
position as 7th richest club on planet and competing for top european honour..
Ospina, Coquelin, Monreal and Bellerin
give more defensive insurance than the other
players that play
in their
position in Szcsezsny, Flamini (*), Gibbs and Chambers.
Now we all know that his favorite
position is being the Number 10, but instead of moaning about not being deployed there like so many
players we've seen
in the past, he is simply doing the job he's asked to do and is
giving it nothing less than his full commitment, and I believe that speaks volumes of his character.
It's not just about buying
players but the main thing is playing
players in their right
position», Its about having a chemistry
in the team, its about
players fighting for shirt and
giving their all
in games.
He scores
in 7 out of 10 games so far while
giving way to a
player who wants his
position for some reason.
He is a
player constantly played out of
position, much like Sturridge and Rambsey were, but once they were
given regular games
in their main
positions... He certainly
gives us something different to Giroud and will hopefully
give Sanogo some time and pressure to improve.
@TH14atl the list of the
players you
gave me were
players who were naturally central midfielders but could play
in cmf
position and you also
gave me no 10's who could also play cmf so i do not get your take. However did you see that they were being played
in their best positions.I am also against Ramsey on the wing but i will not be blinded by the fact that if he should be put
in box to box role he will be better than santi
in that role. But from what you said i think we might just sell cant we.Have you forgotten the man utd match last season where peeps were like O!
But you also need to put
players in their best
positions and
give other
players opportunities when
players are not performing well.
why was Sanchez truly playing... no one believes he was too injured to play to start the season, and some like myself would go as far to suggest he wasn't injured at all... so why play him... they can't say it was to appease the fans because when was that ever a factor at this club except when «panic buys» were
in the offing... I believe that this was to
give Arsenal a little leverage when it comes to negotiating his transfer... just imagine their horrible bargaining
position if Sanchez never saw the field before the deadline then heading back to South America and played for Chile... regardless of the facts, this was sadly again another example of a team putting business ahead of fielding a team with the greatest chance to secure 3 points... of course, some will say that Sanchez is, or was, our best
player, so obviously he's a no - brainer to start, but those who really watch the game know that his heart hasn't been truly
in it for quite some time... even at the end of last season you could see a definitive difference between the Sanchez who played for Chile and the one that played for Arsenal... that being said, 70 % of Sanchez is still better than a 100 % of the vast majority of our remaining roster... shame on you Arsene and shame on you too Sanchez for that telling smirk... I've supported your attempt to push this squad to the next level but don't pretend for a second that you didn't know you were being watched... don't lower your standards or you'll end up like this club, on the outside looking
in
Of course Leicester are
in a great
position at the moment, and the 5 points lead at the top «obviously»
gives them a cushion / comfort zone, which could also be their downfall, If
player's become overconfident and arrogant by taking their foot off the Gas!..
am not his biggest fan on this site but he gets
in to scoring
positions and while no clinical finisher he will score against teams like Norwich with feeding our creative
players can
give... and am not sure Campbell does that... Gabriel for mert a no brainer for me... Need to build momentum for Athens game
