Oregon has too much speed and a coach who
the players know is on his way to the pros.
Not exact matches
im with you
on that... even if we do nt wanted, wenger likes to play a cam in one of the wing to get more possesion... im
on th more dinamic play with to fast wingers who have goals and can get the line to take the pass to our target man (giroud or other)... because of that also
is that wenger need a
player on the cf who can play holdup playing... but, if wenger continiue to play that
way and demands a
player with good technique and short pass, i thing he also need to go for a
player with goals and more pace than ramsey... he play ramsey there because he shows that he
knows where
is the f * net and have the technique and pass... but he needs more pace and even better dribbling skills... in that case i would go for isco or gotze
I don't really
know enough about the
player but I hope he has a good head
on his shoulders and works hard, from what I have read about Campbell makes me glad he
is on his
way out, non of his loan coaches have had much good to say about him and he keeps getting dropped.
goodness i can't believe it people will still defend him.You
know something when Giroud misses many chances like at Monaco i did not criticize him even based
on that you
know why?its because he has always not
been clinical.The only
way a team can improve
is by indentifying its problems and solving them.Arsenal has Giroud as the main cf and Welbeck as backup to him.Giroud has done well scoring some goals some too important but collectively he does more harm than good.Do not use moments to judge a
player judge him based
on content.Giroud does not excel in many games than he excels in games. As a main cf you need to
be consistent.I see people here saying Giroud can not dribble he cant do this he cant do that but its a bit crazy to criticize him for that because every
player has his own style.Giroud limitations as a
player costs arsenal and will cost us a lot. Most importantly his poor finishing which has cost us several times. Not good enough. His style of play
is ok for us but a striker who can take
on players and run behind defences very well would make us very strong and also should
be clinical. For Welbeck he needs to works
on his finishing and composure by doing the basic things right. He rushes infront of goal too much. For now he
is just above average. However he can excel if he works
on improving.Giroud and Welbeck will always
be a pain in arsenal's neck for most part. Some will call me stupid but hey at least i want to analyze the problem.People may support Giroud or Welbeck to lead the line next season but as the saying goes if you fool me once shame
on you but if you fool me twice shame
on me.Will you let Giroud and Welbeck fool you again?
He doesn't
know how to motivate
players, he
is just
way too focused
on balancing the books for his good master Satan K. Please leave, Arsene, there
is no making this better, just worse.
People keep using stats to defend him because that
's the only
way to defend him. When you watch him most at times you he hardly wows you or
is any special. Can i ask a question couldn't Chamakh or Bendtner or Aliadiere score about 15 - 18 goals with this super super creative arsenal midfield.I mean lets
be honest if Chamakh in his first season should have scored 20 goals in EPL many people would still want him out you
know why because watching every aspect of his game and also analyzing every aspect of his game he
was below average in his time at arsenal to
be honest. So its not only about stats because stats do nt tell me the whole story about a
player though they
are facts and don't lie the eyes do nt lie.And with this same eyes we look at
players and say Aguero
is better thab Bony, Costa
is better than Remy, and so
on.
Now sheffield
know what the arsenal
is capable of and we should
be aware as to the depths they can go to grind out a win.Recently the results have
been going our
way but that can all change in a flash. We ought to
be careful at all times.Our
players need not to
be overconfident and relax, they need to keep the fire burning to make us supporters proud.I have heard that they
are now self guided. They conduct meetings
on how they will
be winning games.Thats the attitude and i also hope wenger
is listening so he does not go all messing with the starting line ups especially during the uefa games. As for tommorows game wenger can try out the reserves team.
You
know you guys talk about how the club should keep
players etc: If you had a signifcant part of your net worth in afc and
were a board member there
is no
way you would let alexis walk
on a free.
This
is simple a very intelligent child can solve this problem.Firstly today our keeper
was very poor however i
know he will come good.By the
way why
is Paulista no getting his chance. What i have observed about arsenal since we signed Mertesacker from day one and since he started playing
is that Mertesacker hardly gets involved you will usually see him a few times because he does not want to get caught out.e has always
been a weak link in the defence even in his greatest performances here. When i see us playing with a high line and he
is there i always laugh.It
is just a mistake waiting to happen and i can tell u that it will happen again this season.Secondly why
is Ramsey Cazorla and Ozil playing in the same line - up in a 4 -5-1 formation. That
is just not right though it will win you some matches due to individual brilliance. It wont work at all.Lastly the least i say about Giroud the better i
am not judging him
on one game. One would imagine if he
was not french and like chinese will he
be getting these chances under Wenger. To me he will always
be an average
player and i will stand by my word even if he has good games.
but, im ok with this vardy transfer... it shows us many things: 1) wenger
is changing, something some of us have
been demanding for a long time; 2) it shows that wenger
is taking risks: think about it, he
is buying a men for a not cheap price,
knowing he could not getting anything after, with a future sell i mean... this
is an act that shows wengers intentions to win something, the buy
is not motivated by any financial or economic reason but only for a «get the f epl once again» reason... this
is an act that shows us hungry, even if we fail, we could said we try... first ever, we really try; 3) finally but very important... vardy
is the kind of
player we need... he
is a warrior, a fighter... he has character... look at how he celebrate his goals... full of energy... he, like alexis, can motivate the team when the things
are not going in our
way (something wenger cant do because of his age and because he has never
been an active coach
on the pitch)... the vardy transfer, if it finish well,
is a demostration of a change, and a good one... lets take care of winning things and do nt look the economic side for once... vardy
is a bit old, but we can give a chance to welbeck after maybe, or akpom... u
are not thinking about the future when we talk about ibra... guys: u complain when wenger do nt spend or because he
is always looking for the bargain when u
are the guys who has to pay the very expensive tickets... u complain when wenger buy the always for the future guy... like morata... stop to complain for everything and
be consequent with yourself... i would love auba, but it
is not going to happen... lukaku
is awesome but the asking price
is stupid... lets try with vardy, give us the throphy..
By the
way I
am talking about all our
players here, attackers as well as defenders, and if one of our attackers had
been given the specific task of marking Hangeland whenever and wherever he
was when we lost the ball yesterday, then that
player would
know exactly what
was expected of him and could concentrate
on that job alone.
with his attitude as if we have to
be his servant, get back to Chilie and get those life values back, he
is a football
player, but a man first, and as a
player and man, his all attitude sucks, i don't
know why wenger kept him and take that shit, means we have to take it... I told yo before, get his ass
on training camp, ruining all day, shut him up, keep him out of the squad, not even in bench to bring his laim superior attitude... All money he
is making, he should think of Chilie street and reality for kids he
was once... He
is in a great city, a club that won in this league and would
be in CL as every year without this type of laim
ways... So, of course no one wants him around during that ceremony, not even in the room... Get real sanchez, you came from misery, benched for years by gardiola too, sell out, poor minded..
The truth
is there
is no
way of
knowing if Benjamin will get better at concentrating
on making every catch as a professional football
player.
Suggestions in the summer
were that Kroos» coach at Bayern, Pep Guardiola, told the
player to move to Barcelona once he
knew he
was on the
way out.
do nt
be surprised if we see song back
on a loan would
be the easiest midfield option to get at short notice just to get him
on loan for a season just to fill the gap i think wenger likes familiarity with some
players knowing the arsenal
way would
be an ok squad filler in case we have injury pile up at Christmas or new year period as you would expect would
be an upgrade
on kim kalstrom i think anyways and
being at barca cant have done his skill set any harm maybe he learn to more defensive responsibility
Knowing that regular right back Dani Alves
was soon
on his
way out, they wanted to replace the Brazilian with a
player that like Alves, could play the position uncontested for a number of years.
He
's a terrific
player but
is known to show up for a 7 a.m. tee time
on his
way home from a night out.
I don't
know what
's going
on behind closed doors and why Wenger treats certain
players the
way he does, but it
's pretty much obvious that he doesn't care much for Joel, and prefers his golden boys Ox, and Theo to him, even though personally I'd start him over those two 9 times out of 10.
nice to see you crawl out of your hole just in time to offer your 2 cents worth once again... unlike yourself I started following this team long before Wenger arrived
on the scene and will continue to do so long after he
's gone... in his earlier years I admired the cerebral elements he brought to the EPL, which at that point
was more brutish than beautiful, and I respected the seemingly tireless efforts of Arsene, Dein & staff to uncover and develop talent without sacrificing the product
on the field... likewise I appreciated that such a youthful manager wasn't afraid to bring strong personalities and / or world - class
players into the fold without
being fearful of how said
players would potentially undermine and / or dilute his authority... unfortunately this all changed about 10 years ago and culminated in the removal of all our greatest
players, both young and old, without any real replacements coming in... from Henry to RVP to Fabergas and Nasri, it
was easy to see that this club
was no longer interested in competing at the highest levels... instead of
being honest, minus the ridiculous claims regarding the new stadium, Wenger chose to side with management and in doing so became the «front man» for this corporation pretending to
be a world - class soccer club... without the «front man» this organization would have
been exposed numerous years earlier, so his presence
was imperative if the facade
was to continue... it
's for this reason and more that I despise what this once great man and Kroenke has done to my beloved club... the gutless, shameful and manipulative
way they have treated the fans, like myself,
is largely indefensible and this
is why I felt it necessary to start offering my opinion in a public format... trust me, I resisted the temptation for many years but as long as the same shit continues to exist I will voice my opinions and if you don't like it maybe you should look for a different team to pretend to follow
these south American country's treat their football
players like goods they can do what ever they want, they never pay for anything and get away with murder, Vidal
is blowing a bit of smoke after
being in «no tolerance» Europe, if you watch some of the games and the
way the
players are acting
on pitch with the referees its unreal but its how it
is there, what i
'm trying to say
is that he wont
be doing the same thing in Europe they
know better
No it wasn't, it
was our
players being useless
on the night that cost us, Monaco didn't really even play that well, we
were just shocking in every concievable
way.
Those saying that Giroud
was daft to make the challenge when
on a booking
are missing the point, like the ref, that he
was going for the ball and did not
know the Zagreb
player would get in the
way, so I have to say the red card
was really harsh.
I
know Arteta Flam and Rosicky
are on the
way out but you would have to promise a certain amount of football to a
player of Isco's ilk, the thing
is Aaron and Cazorla also want that insurance.
Merson
is a football pundit
on TV but
is not exactly renowned for getting his predictions right, but he did
know his
way around the pitch as a
player so you would think he
knows what he
is talking about when it comes to tactics.
The sad truth
is that we
are just a couple of
players away from having a very strong starting 11... Wenger's fixation with Walcott and mertesakher as starting
players remains a mystery to me... neither have the quality of a top team like arsenal... I
am not a giroud hater but he
is still too inconsistent and the big question
is whether welbeck can push him in a
way Walcott won't... Campbell has done well and has moved ahead of Walcott and, ox for sure but there
is still a question about how much more he can improve... Elneny
is certainly an upgrade over arteta and flamini whether he will make it I don't
know just hope that he does but arguably wenger could have
been more ambitious... That leaves a top quality striking option... There
is no doubt that wenger deluded himself over the summer and that needs to
be corrected ASAP... Draxler dybala aube and even griezman with a big enough big could have
been prized in summer... january not a good time for this but it
is not difficult to find better options than Walcott ox or Campbell... All a question of whether wenger wants to win EPL
on his terms or wants to win this for the club
Spoiler Alert people, we
are not getting anyone in the front striker position OTHER than what we already have, there
was a story in the star yestrday about the 250 million wenger
is looking to spend
on the likes of Marco Ruess ect ect and I really can not believe that after all these years the Prof will change his
ways and spend all that money and evern if he
was going to he needs to pull his finger out as all the top
players are being strongly linked with other clubs, meanwhile we wait for the brat Vardy to make up his mind when we
know he
is highly unlikely to come to us another summer of dissapointment for us as wenger has already stated that Giroud will lead the line next season.
There
's so much wrong with Arsenal if we
were given chances to write about them it would take a year. What kind of mentality
is this.Forgive me for the
way I come out but what has to
be said has to
be said and the truth hurts.I do nt
know if you guys
are happy with what
's going
on but
am not.We live in a world where those who speak the truth
are hated very much and a world full of incomprehensible things. Its just sad.Things have to change from this year especially the mentality of this club.I just wan na see my club succeed and its bothering me a lot we just can not seem to do what
is right.It
's time average
players are taken out of the club and what I mean by that
is players who do nt want to improve. You already them lot.
i
am not too bothered by the manner we won today the most important thing
is the 3 pts remember burnley beat liverpool not so long ago, also for the people who thought the title
was already lost after just a few games (which by the
way was stupid to think) well not only man city got beaten but their team looked jaded / tired and even though they have a very good squad they missed de bruyne terribly, it
is not the same team without him they couldn, t create any chances which
is good news, it can, t
be good for a team to depend so much
on one
player (we should
know a thing or two about this) in case he gets injured hopefully we have moved
on from this and can deal with injuries to our
players in case it happens to us, we had our fair share and it
is time for us and to watch other teams getting depleted, COYG.
3) Rabiot: for this to even happen verratti has to stay at PSG and they would still need to
be silly enough to go for another CM, but it
's PSG you never
know in the transfer market they
are like a kid in a candy store.this
is the only
way we could lure him with a guaranteed starting position, he will
be WC soon he
's got it all height, passing ability, strength, I got to say France
are spoiled in mid, what a talent pool they have so with WC
on the
way the young
players would need an opportunity to shine, we
were interested in him a few years back so we never
know.
The 2nd half of the seaosn
is on the
way we need him we manage for the last 2 month without him and him coming back along with 1 or 2 other first team
players could
be like us signing new
players in Jan (i
know Wenger says it alot but this season I believe it due to the
way we have survived without them)
Arsene Wenger has admitted that it took the Gunners
way too long to really get
on a roll and although there
were a lot of injury problems as well as
players coming back late from the World Cup finals to contend with, everyone at the club
knows that it
is vital to ensure it does not happen again.
is good in his own
way, listen people as wenger said the other day it works both
ways players who refuse to sign a new contract will
be made to work harder for their team to attract good offers that
way it benefits arsenal without having to give in to his demand besides look at other
players especially Walcott who played wenger for a fool, after signing his 100 k a week his form dipped and not putting in the effort
knowing he
's got that contract for at least 3yes, you'll have to hand it to wenger he learns quick so the bottom line
is the ox have
been playing well of late in order to justify these new demand well ox buddy boy I think arsene seen the light
on this one
either ramsey or arteta should have
been left out from the start to make
way for sanchez... but wengers absurd strategy of endless rotation plus out of positioning has delivered nothing... he
is addicted to it
on the belief he can get the best out of
players regardless of what they think... i
know some idiot
is going to talk about henry but stop living
on outliers from the past and start looking at the teams we have to beat to get beyond 4th
The
way I see things
is that up until a season and a bit ago, we didn't really have the finances to spend
on world class
players as we
were using the funds for other more important responsibilities, like the stadium debt and who
knows what else.
Felt exactly the same
way, maybe not like crying but certainly frustrated seeing how other clubs acquire our
players and make them fit perfectly
on their game, Jenk and Song covering the back and well now feel like crying, FAB leader in assists commanding the Midfield and responsible for Chelsea
being on top of the league, meantime let's face it, lately our
players are running
on the pitch like wild geese with no clear tactics, abusing this tiki taka BS, running thru the middle like rams with no clear options, getting injured in the process and we all
know why and who
is responsible, enough said...
Going
on past evidence and noting that the «proposed war chest»
is 75 million (ironically the same as it
was last summer) I would say that we'll likely get a striker but it wont
be a top class one it'll
be a lasser
known player who Wenger will want to
be lauded for if he turns into a 25 goal a season striker a la Henry Do nt expect any earth shattering buys cos the majority of that huge cash boost from BT sports will make its
way to the boards private accounts.
Not to
be all «blame the victim» here, but I'll thank the coach who kindly and flatly told me three fall ball seasons ago, after my
player (who had played the entire spring
on my team with a face mask) got hit in the mouth
on the final day of the season, «Your kids don't
know how to get out of the
way of the ball.»
This
is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it
's former self, only to
be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where
players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions
are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current
players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago...
on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender
on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive
on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these
players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud
was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances
was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin
's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which
was obvious to Wenger because there
was no
way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often
knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities
on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that
being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka
is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role
on the pitch... as for Coq, he
is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let
's face it Wenger
was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this
was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive
players can remain aggressive in the final third...
on the front end, we have Ozil, a
player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he
's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the
players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team
's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily
on one individual... this
player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who
are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3
players to stay
on it would
be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill
players we've seen
on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that
is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many
ways most crucially, Giroud, there
is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a
player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and
way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he
's lack of mobility
is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would
be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6
players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other
was just sold to Juve... man, this
is theraputic because following this team
is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
After arbitrators ruled in favor of the
Players Union
on its collusion grievances from those two offseasons, though, MLB owners changed the
way they
were colluding: An information - sharing bank
was instituted so owners could
know what the other owners
were negotiating with which free agents, which would help keep free - agent prices down since no team would accidentally blow away the competition with any offer.
No
way Sanchez should start, he has
been out
way too long, Should
be brought
on at about 70 mins...
knowing when Wenger make his subs more likely 88 mins When a
player has
been out for more than a month they should never start first game back, we have played cCty before and Aguero had
been out for months and they chucked him straight back in, sure he
is amazing but not at 50 % and he just walked around.
We don't
know if Anthony can
be that
player — his time in New York
was so radically different that we really can't say either
way — but the Thunder
are betting
on it.
wenger has made the club profit this window i would have though as well all incomings have
been covered out goings and other revenues coming in like c / l monies and squad releases wages
being saved i bet we
are in a + balance if we went through it properly we do nt
know what the budget
is so it could
be worst there now
way wenger has spend # 100 not even # 70 million transfers ospina = covered by the sales of miquel and monies made from cesc to chelsea so nothing really spend there debuchy = covered by the vela money chambers = covered by the vermalen sale # 11 million only goes up to # 16 if he does well in certain circumstances sanchez = covered by the c / l monies and
no doubt what we
are owed
on previous
player sales i.e cesc to barca and song monies still outstanding welbeck = covered by wages
being freed up and the rest of outgoing transactions and previous
player sales
being owed so there we have most likely recoup most if not all of our transfer monies back and shafted and lied to puma and the emirates about spending there monies in sponsorship
on tranfers and pocketing in» profit» aprox # 60 - 70 million of the transfer funds to boot wenger hang your head in shame
part of that
is an owner and board who put their profits
way above the performance of the team but it
is also a manager who conforms to the wishes of the board (and for all I
know may have an ownership stake as well) by putting their short term interests above the long term performance of the team as a result the team itself has become corrupted by the regime through insufficient investment in upgrading the team (all the more damaging as the environment in which the team operates has become increasingly competitive) with ocassional panic acquisitions to meet minimal (but ever diminishing) performance targets to keep fans
on board the result
is a massively unbalanced team of overpaid compliant
players who have
been around for too long, inexperienced (and also overpaid) young
players who have not cost the club much (or anything) and small islands of quality
players..
That
way we
know you
're serious and have thought about what you say, instead of just acting infantile by naming
players you don't like, the objective
is to better Arsenal, so losing
players without giving thought to who should replace them
is just a handicap
on us.
It may not
be completely fair that the buck stops at the Frenchman, as the
players have generally under - performed to a shocking extent so far, and we simply do not
know what goes
on behing the scenes at the club, but that
is the
way it goes.
Joining a club of arsenal
s stature has its ups and downs. There
is a requirement of how our
players should perform when
on the pitch.The following
is a list of
players who
were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he
is the most favoured of all
players at the club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He
was a clear talented footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt
been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He
is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm of the game. With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that person
is certainpy not wenger. You would have
been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented
player from southampton with raw talent. He
was very good at first but wenger found a
way to reduce his level of confidence. His inexperience
was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented
players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented
player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he
was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to
be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who
knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He
is surely a much better
player than this.Theo walcott - Another
player who
was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed
was an appropriate manager who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But
on Coming to arsenal he
was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight
on his shoulders
on top of that another
player who
was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary
players he
was often compared to during his time at real madrid.
On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It
is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for
players. And when at arsenal you have to
be your own manager. You need not rely
on your manager otherwise you might continue
being the same
player for the next many years. That
is why each and every
player are what they
are because of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie
was the same
player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest
is in your court.It
is not what so many people make it out to
be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own
players.They
are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
The reality
is that both AOB and AKB have valid points... at the end we won't fully
know what
's going
on inside the club 100 % unless your a board member but most likely won't
be allowed to expand yourself... that
being said singling out Wenger the
way it
's done
is simply not right... the board, the manager & the
players all should share the blame for what
's happening that
is all and YES winning trophies when that hasn't
been the case for a LT
is progress... not as much as you and myself would like but it
is what it
is!!
Finally, and to reiterate an earlier point, the
way forward for this club
is to stop paying below average bench
players so much money and to focus the bulk of the weekly wages
on establishing a dominant starting 11... this will require the club to eat some wages in order to ship some
players out, get rid of any deadwood over the age of 21, develop a cutting edge scouting service and put your money where your mouth
is for once... I would much rather have a starting 11 that
was world - class and give some reasonably paid young blue - chippers playing time when injuries occur than have 2 or 3 world class
players surrounded by a plethora of overpaid and underwhelming
players... management would
no longer
be able to sell their half - baked plans to the fans under the guise of «winning now», which any intelligent fan
knows is a crap - shoot at best, and instead create a a squad that provides hope for the present and the future... this
is exactly the model that has
been used by Barcelona, Real & Bayern, so it should
be good enough for us... by the
way, until Messi & Ronaldo re-signed just recently all 3 clubs weekly wages
were on par with ours... think about that for a second or two
Rubbish, I
know Wenger very well, he
knows Europa
is one of the trophies that Can take him to UCL next season, I
knew very well he
is waiting for The last group stage Match of UCL for him to
know the third place teams that will join Europa now he Have seen it I
know very well he Will play our first team
players now
on, look at Manchester United last season They just focus only
on eroupa and they made it, so As for Wenger with His
way of decisions I think he will start playing our first team
playerS if he really want to have power over arsenal Baord Next season because they have lost a huge amount of money this Season because of no champions league place, I think if he fails next season he will see the door off from his inheritance sit.
E.g Palencia cucurella, / grimaldo arnaiz, oriol / samper where they
are not ready you supplement from the market this
way we will
be blessed with
players who
know the system and we wouldn't have to spend so much
on griezman
