I think if LACAZETTE can keep this up, he's going to claim a
place in the french world cup squad next year, his goal scoring instinct is sharp, he knows he won't get too much chances and makes use of the few ones he gets and he was unluncky not to have scored against chelsea and his header wasn't a fluke, he knew where the post were and he directed the
ball, he will be handful for defender when our complete squad starts and luckily for us he's not an injury prone
player, having him, Sanchez (if he stays), Giroud and Ozil fit will be vital for us this season and i see plenty of goals..

place to flick the
ball onto an attacker...

Was it Ospina's fault to not clear the cross or let the opposition striker get upon yourselves to head the
ball in the net... No our defenders couldn't defend that in first
place... Even though Ospina tried to push the
ball out of the net... but we were just unlucky... because it went inside... And goal line technology reported it as a goal... We were wasteful against the opposition goal... fair enough, it happens, but how come the
players suddenly become useless for the team...
After seeing a couple of games where he featured and also the one for england he's got it all for me... 1) He has the physical ability to offer the kind of game that our Giroud offers (back to the net: deflecting, relaying passes and 1 - 2 touches) but also 2) Pace, mobility and technical agility to offer so much more: dribbling past opponents (creating space), running / turning over defences either to lay down the killing pass to a better
placed player or finishing a through
ball from our over talented midfield and all that with speed and 3) Tactical awareness, willingness to defend
players if asked (like the game Man U-Real Madrid in the CL) and could provide support not only in the air on corners!!
• Kyrie Irving establishing himself as the most dangerous one - on - one
player in the league with constant control over the

Let's face it goalkeepers tend to march to the beat of a different drum and Szczesny certainly fell into that category, but most of his antics were relatively harmless and simply reflected a certain level of immaturity that isn't uncommon for someone thrust into the limelight at such a young age... lord knows we've seen that happen with numerous
players throughout the years and very few were ever banished for such behaviour... the only on - field action that drove me crazy was his inability to take a deep breath and not try to rush the play with an ill - timed throw at certain points in the game when common sense suggested holding the
ball and slowing things down... the fact that he continued to do this probably had a lot to do with the glaring lack of coaching time spent with the goalkeepers... ultimately he made the fateful decision to take his frustrations out into the public sphere and paid dearly for it... in the end, his services were wanted by several of the best Italian squads, which is significant considering the historical importance
placed on the defensive side of the
ball in Serie A... all I know is that if someone asked me to pick the most athletically gifted goalkeeper we have had in our squad since the arrival of Wenger, without hesitation, he would be my pick and for that reason his departure is more than a little disappointing... what else is new though
Lastly I thought Arsenal
players are not known to be selfish why they refused to pass the

ball but he needs to communicate more to his back

This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where
players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current
players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the
ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through
balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the
ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these
players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the
ball too long, gives the
ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long
ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive
players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a
player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the
players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this
player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3
players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill
players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the
ball too long and he will give the
ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a
player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6
players that truly deserve a
place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
The game suddenly changed when an FC Bottle Job
player took a strike on at goal which rattled off the crossbar but fortunately for him it landed at the feet of his teammate, Alex Qualter, who managed to

anything but a win will make 4th
place an increasingly distant goal... to be honest we should be able to beat this lot woy has tightened them up but hardly turned them in to big hitters but i do nt think wenger can motivate the team anymore so its all about whether
players show up on the night... wilshere needs to get on the
ball more partnered with elneny who is probably the most reliable of a hapless riumvirate, kosalinac and debuchy given roles in a back 4... if sanchez wants to showcase his skills i can see a 2 1 victory... otherwise could be looking at another embarassing loss... pathetic that we have fallen to this level of speculation
Unluckily for them they were caught on the counter attack by FC Bottle Job whose

Whether draxler or not arsenal is still a weaker team, is it something bad if we have both draxler and Sanchez in the same team fighting for
places, just imagine van persie, Sanchez, ozil, carzola are in the same team, with likes of inform konsieny, mustafi, and konlansinic, and good holding midfider,... our problem with this 343 information or 3421 information apart from Wenger playing
players out of position we don't have a strong holdmidfider that retrieve the
ball back when we lost possession... Kant's is perfect example of that, look at the job he does at Chelsea is amazing...... without a good holding midfielder our defenders are vulnerable
We need to plan for life after Santi and look for a
player that has skills similar to Santi, a

Off topic anyone notice how ozil was used on the left wing last season and the first part of this season and he was under performing fans and pundits were all saying how wenger should build the team around ozil since that was his best position and he cost us 42m well since his return he has only played either cam or right wing (he said in a interview that those were his fav positions since he played them at real) taking the
place of an in form cazorla and it all seems to work I think wenger has done this all on purpose because if u look at ozils overall performance after his injury its much better than before, he tackles, wins the
ball back and covers more distance than anyone else wenger does this often using
players out of position for a while only to make their overall game better and mostly it works genius

There was once a Nigerian striker called Rashidi Yekini, he is the 2nd all time goal scorer in the history of the African Nations cup, he also played in the Portigal league and was highest goal scorer in all his time in that league... dude had a hell of a shot on him, free kicks or penalties he does not do any fancy tricks, he
places the
ball down, face the direction he is going to hit and then go for it, with power, precision and conviction... the opposing
players and keepers will know what he ws foing to do but still could not help the goals going in....

here is the simple truth a team that has walcott giroud campbell merteshaker flamini and ramsey starting wont win trophies... not one is a top class
player in their position... having two on the park on regular basis is not a problem and three can probably still ensure 4th
place... if we want to go beyond that we need to bring in two top class
players in to the midfield and attack (thats in addition to the quality returnees we do have) and to increase the work rate particulalry when we do nt have the
ball by a good ammount... that was true 3 years ago 3 months ago and 3 days ago... wenger had the nerve recently to say not signing an outfielder in the summer had been vindicated... the man has been drinking his own kool aid

Siemian was solid, throwing to the right
player (almost) every single time, doing that despite referees that wanted to throw a flag every single snap... He didn't get a lot of 3rd down, but was still getting some and was never far from moving the
ball, and even taking a deeper shot to ES with a perfectly
placed ball (difficult catch, but wonderful back shoulder placement where only ES had a chance to make a play).
Should never be dropped just like Noble unless he deserves it, we need forwards to cross
balls and get in the box and defenders to stop the other team scoring, Tomorrow adds a threat at corners that Jenkinson does not he can't take free kicks like Cresswell, He is a good
player but if Carroll is fit next week do we drop Sakho NO Let Jenkinson win his
place back learn his trade then go back and tell Wenger how much we taught him
