In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Welcome Kelechi Nwakali, I believe you are going to
put the
work in and one day become a very important
player for the Arsenal.
Then he took that experience and
put in the
work that offseason and came back the next season a better
player.
If Arsenal stick with three centre backs then Mustafi must be considered a far better choice for the third birth alongside Kos and Holding rather then Monreal.Kolasinac has to come back
in at left eing - back and Bellerin revert to the right.Midfield is a very different matter.Arsenal still desperately need a proper defensive central player.Ozil
in this current side can not be considered anything more than a luxury. All of Bournemouth's creativity will come down the flanks so it's necessary to
put players on to the pitch who are prepared to fulfill their defensive duties. This also means that unless Ramsey can
work out that he's playing
in midfield not as a number 10 he has no place on the team either.
I imagine every single football
player ever hasn't said my
work ethic sucks, I'm not that good at reading plays, I don't
put in extra time etc..
Rakitic and Rafhina are hard
working creative
players with an eye for goal who aren't afraid of
putting in the hard
work, they can take a tackle and
put in tackles when needed.
I do hope that Arsenal FC do
put more
work into the loans of our developing
players, if we can pick them up cheap like Bielik and Holding then train them
in the Arsenal way and then
put some effort into finding a team where they can experience a higher level to prove they can step up.
he was not
put in a spot to coment but chose to tweet, right or wrong being an ex-totenham
player he must know he will anoy Arsenal suporters and it
worked I for one am annoyed with him, after all what does he know about being a gooner.
I doubt wingers would
work for us, we don't have any
players good enough to be a winger
in a 442, Theo would be the closest as he has
put in a good def shift this season but that would be it.
In games like these you put the hardest working players i
In games like these you
put the hardest
working players inin.
Both are impact
players anyway and Theo is not fit enough to play a full 90 minutes yet, while Podolski is often guilty of not
putting in enough leg
work in a tough game.
If Sanchez stays, I'd play him as a wing back where he can
put his high
work rate to good use, track back as much as he wants but we need
players who are more committed to offence to play
in the final third.
Someone who is dedicated to being the best
player they can be and
puts in the extra
work year after year to accomplish that.
They've got a team full of
work horses who are told to
work in packs and
put players under pressure and to do this constantly.
is good
in his own way, listen people as wenger said the other day it
works both ways
players who refuse to sign a new contract will be made to
work harder for their team to attract good offers that way it benefits arsenal without having to give
in to his demand besides look at other
players especially Walcott who played wenger for a fool, after signing his 100 k a week his form dipped and not
putting in the effort knowing he's got that contract for at least 3yes, you'll have to hand it to wenger he learns quick so the bottom line is the ox have been playing well of late
in order to justify these new demand well ox buddy boy I think arsene seen the light on this one
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers
in midfield
in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out
in the cold light of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and
work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust
in him that might be what makes him a great
player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving
players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class
player upfornt he just needs to
work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few goals under his belt he will settle
in fine and he is a team
player you could
put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will
put in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play
in to our hands is the unpredictable nature of the league
in the last few seasons if we get on a good run at the right time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there
in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will
work out how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
Now, the
players were reminding him that The Plan only
works when those young
players are
put in a position to succeed.
We didn't need a manager this season if we're just gonna
put out the same
players that come 5th anyone could of done what wenger is doing it's easy I buy lacazette then
put he same team out from the same squad even when I have injuries it's easy just
put out the rest of the squad and play them out of position I mean I'd take 8mil to do that oxlade at lwb kolansinac at cb elneny cm holding rcb there's no
work of a manager there just
put in players were others ain't ready to play then buy nobody else and do interviews with the same excuses job done next game change some ppl around but same ppl that came 5th then sell Alexis do interviews same excuses job done transfer window closes fans wish they never supported arsenal wenger laughing to the bank job done
Wenger
put ozil on the wing for his development one thing i do nt get is how the fans do nt see that Wenger done the same process with Wilshere, I remember when Monreal was caught out at the back post from a set piece and ozil did nt cover he just jogged abit n let monreal get beat, that would be video evidence for Ozil to learn and
work on his duty to defend instead of giving him Candy like a baby n letting him be lazy
in the middle not tracking back for the team its a learning process im 100 % Wenger knows ozils best position is
in the centre he followed him since Shalke its obvious but Wenger develops
players into world class after seeing Ozil
in the world cup and coming back after the world cup i coud see he defended alot more helping out monreal on the flanks and
putting in alot more effort only then once hes showed his duty
in defending will he be given his free role
in the middle.
Stop praying man, even the bible says «Faith without
works is dead»... sign
players that
put the fear of jah
in your opponents and then your prayers will be answered.
Arsene moved on to compliment the
work he has
put in to better himself after some disgraceful actions on the pitch such as biting opposing
players, adding: «It is not normal.
if you watch arsenal place I see so much space and no runs no runs at all only when
in the box if you watch Leicester they are always makeing runs all over the place that's how you score goals against a team like Southampton they controlled the game it was not unlucky just like chelsea can do control the game and won arsenal
players don't believe they can win the title the
players in that team play without heart you know why because Im sure wenger tells them becareful we don't need anymore Injurys what kind of mentality is that also I will pick out Ramsey he is playing like a
player who is leaveing the club he and flamini just don't
work Ramsey is not playing good at all wenger can blame make excuses but truth is he is the manager he make the tactics and he gets it wrong all the time giroud has no pace none bench him against some teams and play pure pace make runs ox Walcott but they don't Walcott has lost it his pace has gone its clear or he fears I jury how if a
player is fit
put your all
in forget injury if you get Injured then so be it but if your fit and your Walcott run
put yourself about wenger should leave because he.
Arsene Wenger and the
players have managed to
put that right but it has been hard
work and our victories
in December and against Newcastle United yesterday have not been thanks to the same fee flowing and exciting play that was
in evidence
in games like the 3 - 0 against Man United.
And the boss reckons that would have been really harsh on this group of
players as he has seen how much hard
work and dedication they have been
putting in since last summer.
have to say i thought monreal was our most consistent
player and deserves a 6... the rest were 5 or less with mert ramsey and ozil (and i love this guy) all on 3 wqalcott gets a 2 for showing up which is all he did (not bad days
work for a 140 grand)... as most have been saying for 3 years or more a quality attacking option and a quality DM are essential
in next 2 weeks... 60 m at least needs to be
put down on the table
Some deluded fans seem to think that coquelin is the solution to our midfield problems and that we don't need a new cdm. This has been a common occurrence during transfer windows whereby average
players step up their game since they know their place is under threat, and it
works wonders
in convincing our disillusioned manager. But once the window closes that's when we see the true colours of the
players, or they get injured the day after the window closes.Remember yaya sanogo
putting 4 past benfica and everyone thinking he's going to score 10 + goals this season?Monreal looked impressive at CB during preseason and somehow convinced wenger that he doesn't need a new CB, the list is endless.
I appreciate the good
work that the writers
put in but a small effort
in maintaining consistency
in player ratings scale would help a lot.I guess I am not the only one unhappy with the way the ratings are being done.
The
player himself deserves a ton of credit for all the hard
work he
puts in, so does the environment and discipline that the coach provides.
He's a fantastic
player and I'm sure he'd be great at rallying the team when we're down and definitely
puts in the
work rate, but I don't see him as the type to shout and organise the team defensively when need be.
We pay the most for tickets so why do we have to suffer average
players, and it not just the money, why do we have no young CB that could play why wasn't bellrein at RB why do we watch each week and Sanchez out
works every other
player, I can forgive
players who make mistakes I will not forgive lack of passion including wenger, there is a stake holder there who wants to
put his money
in So WENEGER OUT AND TAKE THAT YANK WITH YOU
Tonight I'll watch the Chile vs Brazil game, even before the skill factor I will be admiring the tenacity and hard
work that's
put in by the
players on the pitch!
