I'm getting fed up hearing
our players talking about our problems, and how we'll respond, because we NEVER respond!

We keep
talking about adding
players here and there but amazingly after every big loss we know the
problem is how we played, but we all forget this come transfer window.
This is exactly the same
problem I saw with Gibbs a couple of seasons ago and I don't understand why AW isn't taking the
players aside and
talking to them
about this.
The
problem with the high end talent you're
talking about (Jones, Collins, Butler, etc.) eventually get pricey and Belichick would rather spread $ 10 million to three
players like Harmon, Chung and Guy rather than spend $ 10 million on one Butler or Jones.
I have heard people
talking about a staleness that can creep in when the
players are dealing with the same man at the top for so long and to be perfectly honest I am struggling to remember when the
problems both on and off the pitch for Arsenal went on for so long.
Should this even be a topic?Giroud is a
player of average quality always surrounded by good players.I just don't get.It's as if only Arsenal fans rate him.This was a
player who was bought to be the leading striker at Arsenal and after his years of failure which many deny he's now become a super sub?How laughable is that.From failure to super sub.If the so called world class striker we're signing goes out with an injury for
about five months who comes in then.It seems to me people lack vision.Why is it always Giroud Giroud Giroud?After so many seasons people are still debating what souldn't even be debatable.I've lost count of the number of times he's been
talked about here.This is the
problem with our club.It's just not ruthless.This is a
player who should have been gone long ago but due to him being French he still gets the chances.We won't miss him when he goes and I'd like to see if he'd stand out in a smaller club.
He
talks about all of our big rivals having
problems to overcome, but does he not think that having 10 first team
players out of action is a
problem?
I agree with you, we have more serious issues in our midfield than is
talked about all
players there are average, we need a decent addition and may be offload one because the
problem is quality not quantity
Of course conventionally we expect teams with relatively better
players to be favourites to win the competitions.However, football since it's inception has proven to us that it's not only teams with better
players that win the cups.Looking at the cups small teams have won there can be no excuses for us in that light when
talking about the fact that based on spending we have no right to win things as compared to those who spend big.We've had teams good enough to win the EPL in the past but for some
problems we couldn't.

player we had at arsenal that had a similar
problem, the great pires,, i saw in an interview he was
talking about when he first came to arsenal how hard he found it to find his game because of the fast fierce nature of the bpl,, but he settled in eventually and the rest is history maybe our ozil could do the same,, fingers crossed

that is the big question.How long do you want to keep on living with
problems in the team without attempting to solve them.Without a doubt you and I know this and we know what we must do.You must ensure that you have the right
players before
talking about cohesion and injuries.As at now I look at the arsenal team and say if arsenal do nt solve their
problems it will be worse and continue to haunt them.We need quality in the team as much as cohesion and staying injury free is important.Quality is however the most important.That differentiates a bigger club from a lesser club yes «quality».
