Over-coaching can, of course, also be an issue, so one doesn't want to make it too regimented, but it would seem the mantra of
the players working it out for themselves is quite easily trumped by coaches paying more attention to detail.

Im all
for bringing Mahrez in if we had a full contingent of outfield
players who can fit the bill thats required, do nt get me wrong I rate Mahrez but all this talk of coversions to strikers ect is a thing that takes time and theres little garuntee that it will
work and while we are finding
out if it
works or not we are again loosing games we should win through a deficit of goals and real goal scorers.

but a t some point he lost it, and is not because of his stinginess to buy
players, our core is good and has been
for sometime now, his biggest problem was adaptation, change to the new EPL, his philosophy dating back 20 years does not
work anymore and he knows it, because of this his biggest flaw all others came
out to light, lack of rotation of his
players favoring some over others, stubbornness that applies to his transfer policy buying
for the future just as he had 20 more years ahead,
players playing
out of their natural positions, ARSENAL FLOPS who knows under other Managers they could have been great,
for some reason they were signed in the first place, they must had some talent, best example is Campbell....

If we start this season with those two in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... neither one of these
players should still be with our club at this point because they represent the settling half - measures that have plagued this team
for a number of years... this is what I call the «no man's land» of the soccer world, where teams don't have enough talented young
players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund, because they have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the whole operation that their once relevant scouting department has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once had... furthermore, when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management team becomes little more than a stagnant group of «yes men» and no new ideas emerge... so instead of developing a team with the qualities necessary to excel in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases year after year to stifle dissent from the ticket - buying public, then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless of what would make positional sense... have you ever heard of a team who plays
players out of position so often... of course not because that manager would likely be fired and never
work for a team of any consequence ever again
This is exactly the type of versatile
player that Arsenal need right now, as he can play as a winger or a striker, and anyone who can score 8 La Liga goals in 10 games (while not playing

Guys you know even a broken Clock is accurate twice a day, one or two ex
players sometimes
works out but regarding Zidane he was around the youth team
for a while before he got the job
i think wenger makes the list of
players he wants and then sends his negotiating team to sort
out the transfer i.e gazidis and dicky law (who is very good as he is multi lingual and has many contacts around south america / spain very handy) to sort
out the finer details (get a cheaper deal) of the deal, and broker terms and then it gets presented to the board (who give wenger and gazidis the budget to which they
work with)
for final approval.

I'm really getting upset by all so called experts saying sanchez is the soul of arsenal what utter garbage, the feeling in the dressing room is the
players would prefer him and ozil gone, that way we
work with what we have unfortunately wenger doesn't know how to get the best
out of his
players frankly he needs motivational skills, we've won matches without sanchez so what's the problem people, we are arsenal
for petes sake
That
works out at more than # 65,000 - a-week, which is astronomical money
for a
player of his age.
as
for cowardly ozil who always get a flu before big matches, shameful, the only reason a
player should be left off defensive
work is the
player must be atleast 80 % efficient on the attack, such a
player must have the ability to dribble or take on defenders on his own, shot thunderly and scare the hell
out of defenders with his movements... such a
player is hazard, sorry we couldn't get him cos our dumb coach felt he was too expensive and arsenal didn't even pose tittle abilities like Chelsea, hazard didn't even consider arsenal... since van persie left sanchez had been the only
player to question wenger's credentials and now wenger must be regretting ever signing him now... the words of manuel neuer «
player arsenal was like an holiday»... shame on wenger...

Get him
out of the team, it doesn't help to have such guy in locker room, he makes other feel like they are less as he is all that, kills motivation and others have to take that... Must be tuff
for other
players to have to feel like shit with a man walking like he is better than all of them and can ruin their goal, like
working hard and one is ruining all... So, that's what ballon d'or sees, an embarrassement
for football that they don't want in that room... As i said, he should have went to Man C, so gardiola reminds him how much of a diva he is....
@Arsenal Fan And who buys the
players, selects them,

player who even in his advancing years has the ability, leadership and speed to still
work out as very good cover

I guess it's important to send the message
out that
players can't leave us and just come back into the team like that if it doesn't

No Wilshere is not a guaranteed started in the squad.its all about hardwork which will lead him to developing his full potential.he also should try to stay injury free.he would come god.Jack wilshere used to be so good at 19 years you could start him over Ozil or Cazorla and there would be very little complaint. He was almost undroppable. He danced around
players had immense vision he had energy and he had talent.but if he was once able to do it then he can do it.Its funny how people use stats to say we win very little when he is on the pitch.then when he comes
out and performs then they hide.Jack Wilshere will be a legendary
player for sure.He needs to
work hard.
However, MLB's new domestic violence policy only allows commissioner Rob Manfred the power to suspend

In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except
for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency
for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured
player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped -
out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average
players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average
players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as
for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive
work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary
players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
His track record speaks
for itself and given his tactical astuteness, ability to
work on a budget and get the best
out of the
players at his disposal, coupled with the most important ingredient of all which is a winning habit, it remains to be seen if Allegri does fancy his chances in England next year.
He also said in another report, «The
players obviously have to share the responsibility, everybody has to share the responsibility
for the position we are in and everybody has to
work to get ourselves
out [of it].
I would like to tell arsenal fan that the transfer window is not arsenal's problem.Let explain what is in my mind.We need to reinforce our team but we need to think in the future that most of the high class
players are going to refuse signing
for arsenal fc because of Mr Wenger's philosophy. It looks like arsenal becomes cemetery of
players.How many
players came in and left because of performance, became good
players out of arsenal. We need to accept all of the transformation Mr wenger brings in arsenal but now it does not work. Why??? because lack of tactics, strategies and pretending best
players for Mr wenger mind but in reality those
players do not get standard of best player.Mr wenger wants to prove everybody that he is wright that
players who are calling by wenger are best.I means Mr wenger is the only one can see all matter in good position or bad.He is wrong by thinking this way.He does not like criticism.he is the mind of arsenal.Everything he can say or defend is wright.Think about morrinho comments about arsenal!!!! Why he likes to be arsenal coach!!!! One thing I want to say about arsenal
players, I think everybody watch arsenal games. We have got short mind
players who play two good games and the rest shameless. They are
working hard in the training ground
for catching Mr wenger's mind to let them play; what is behind their (
players) mind to be the most regular
players.Those
players have no vision even ambition; they are never becoming high class and their carriers are going to finish in arsenal after arsenal we are going to see them playing
for championship. They do not care to become legend as Ian wright, Vierra, Berckam, piress, Henry... What is the big behind their mind to use wenger name to be selected in national team. They are not able to face different leagues in the world.
Anybody sick sugar daddy's football is in sad place Man City reminds me Fifa game is gone to da dogs sad thing is arsenal try run things right way but truth is we're a bit behind
for long time now and seems it will stay that way we need big name signing with Sanchez or with
out I like xhaka very good footballer I like ozil silk
player Sanchez is class but he is a winger and gives away ball a lot that's why he
works a lot cause always looses ball new left bk is great
player u watch he's a tank he's like ivanovic but a lot faster but we need replace santi hamsik anyone
If Arsenal stick with three centre backs then Mustafi must be considered a far better choice
for the third birth alongside Kos and Holding rather then Monreal.Kolasinac has to come back in at left eing - back and Bellerin revert to the right.Midfield is a very different matter.Arsenal still desperately need a proper defensive central player.Ozil in this current side can not be considered anything more than a luxury. All of Bournemouth's creativity will come down the flanks so it's necessary to put
players on to the pitch who are prepared to fulfill their defensive duties. This also means that unless Ramsey can
work out that he's playing in midfield not as a number 10 he has no place on the team either.
As they appear to be incapable of both selling
players and lining up incoming
players at the same time.
For a side crying
out for a
player like Matuidi I can't
work out why no effort was made to buy him
for a price below # 20m... which would seem to be a bargain in today's market.Presumably Wenger thought he was too old and wouldn't have any re-sale value!!
Even though we are all used to way our manager
works I was still surprised to see the boss refuse to call
out his pitiful
players for their performances.
With just one week to get something over the line, I would suggest we may have run
out of targets, I believe AW is now waiting
for one of the big boys (Real, Barca or Bayern) to go splash the cash on a new star so Wenger can pick up their surplus, It
worked well with Ozil and Sanchez, but we aren't the only side looking to buy more
players, we are not the only side who need an injection of quality.
to be honest his growing on me lately he has improved a lot but he makes the same mistakes when his in our half with his panic passing to
players who are marked, he needs to address that ASAP, and i would agree he has huge talent but needs to be loaned
out to new arrival EPL team to
work on his weaknesses and Arsenal is too big a club
for us to field a young
player with one or two small shortfall's, same goes to AMN
Sanchez just keeps losing the ball, I mean he loses the ball too often and he tries to do too much with the ball instead of making a decent pass, when it
works out it is quality but when it doesn't it just disgusts me, I am not taking anything from his performance today, but he is our best
player on the pitch, its high time he started acting like it... and Rosicky
for MOTM
I always knew Auba / Aguero wouldn't
work except one plays
out of position - which still remains an unattractive prospect
for both
players.
On top of that, he
worked with Pogba in the past and seemed to get the best
out of him, so it could be the perfect move
for United to keep their star
player happy and finally get him to reach his full potential in England.
If the
player wasn't
working out for us, it has usually been because he either was never world class to begin with, or Wenger couldn't find a way to utilize the
player in a way where he might show some world class.
He just blindly acquired CAMs and then refused to use the
players necessary
for wing play — He just HOPED it would all
work out.
