There are so many things wrong with this game, first of all the plot is too linear you play as Mario throughout the whole game you don't get to play as peach or bowser, there are no new characters other than kersti, all the characters in the game are from the Mario platformers, there are no exp so you can't level up and if you run out of stickers you have no choice but to run away, peach only has about five lines, bowser is the main antagonist and he has no dialogue, in the previous installments the main antagonist always had dialogue, and one of this game's worst problems is that luigi went from being a playable character to a glorified cameo, I have no idea what nintendo was thinking when they made this game.

It looks like super nintendo game, and the game play is about as bland as... well i cant even find a reference to it.

It was a nostalgia trip for me going back through the 1990s playing DKC's on the super nintendo... Absolutely phenomenal game.

I have a 360 / wii but my tv upscales my wii games to 720p with no hit on frame rate and all i can say is oh my MH3 has graphics that prove the wii to be almost equal to my 360 i mean it looks awesome in 480p but nintendo need to give devs a new SDK 2.2 that supports 720p then games like this honestly sit right next to 360 graphics its that good yes SDK 2.1 indicates that HD is locked via firmware not restricted by wii hardware so hopefully thats something they will sort out at E3 this june wow MH3 1 of the best games i have ever played.

sales don't really mean much though when it comes to nintendo systems, Wii made huge profits with only a handful of games (which is why it died pretty soon after, people still bought the system but after playing Mario Kart, Super Smash and Mario Brother's Wii edition so many times that system got old fast) The Wii - U was a MUCH better system but didn't sell because people didn't want an upgrade to the Wii, they wanted something new and nintendo did a HORRIBLE job promoting the Wii - U, not to mention they gave up on the Wii - U so fast they didn't even give it a chance, a system won't sell if it doesn't have enough games.
