I can only assume it is the
pressure of
playing for a big club, at
lesser clubs they keep busy which must help
with confidence and also you cant really point fingers because then there would be finger pointing all season long.
I think the
pressures to get points and win trophies in an immensely competitive environment where winning trophies is increasingly shaped by the massive investment in squads in Manchester, Chelsea and even Liverpool - left Wenger and his philosophy in its wake — he tried but
with less than half the investment of United and City and hundreds of millions
less than Chelsea and Liverpool, it became increasingly difficult for him to
play Wengerball.
Still too much for a player
with one good season Lyon is under no

I agree
with Danny Murphy, Wilshere looked more comfortable and more mobile in deeper midfield position, than
playing behind the striker, because he gets
less pressure from the opponents.
Nothing like one underachiever blowing smoke up the ass of another... we know that Ozil has some incredible technical gifts, but to be considered the best you have to bring more than just assists to the table... for me, a top player has to possess a more well - rounded game, which doesn't mean they need to be a beast on both ends of the pitch, but they must have the ability to take their game to another level when it matters most... although he amassed some record - like stats early on, it set the bar too high, so when people expected him to duplicate those numbers each year the
pressure seemed to get the best of our soft - spoken star... obviously that's not an excuse for what has happened in the meantime, but it's important to make note of a few things: (1) his best year was a transition year for many of the traditionally dominant teams in the EPL, so that clearly made the numbers appear better than they actually were and (2) Wenger's system, or lack thereof, didn't do him any favours; by
playing him out of position and by not acquiring world - class striker and / or right - side forward that would best fit an Ozil - centered offensive scheme certainly hurt his chances to repeat his earlier peformances, (3) the loss of Cazorla, who took a lot of
pressure off Ozil in the midfield and was highly efficient when it came to getting him the ball in space, negatively impacted his effectiveness and (4) he likewise missed a good chunk of games and frankly never looked himself when he eventually returned to the field... overall the Ozil experiment has had mixed reviews and rightfully so, but I do have some empathy for the man because he has always carried himself the same way, whether for Real or the German National team, yet he has only suffered any lengthy down periods
with Arsenal... to me that goes directly to this club's inability to surround him
with the necessary players to succeed, especially for someone who is a pass first type of player; as such, this simply highlights our club's ineffective and antiquated transfer policies... frankly I'm disappointed in both Ozil and our management team for not stepping up when it counted because they had a chance to do something special, but they didn't have it in them... there is no one that better exemplifies our recent history than Ozil, brief moments of greatness undercut by long periods of disappointing
play, only made worse by his mopey posturing like a younger slightly
less awkward Wenger... what a terribly waste
I think they can help players adjust physically and
with less pressure but I'm looking across at man utd and it seems their youngsters are just so eager to
play well for their club and why shouldn't it be the same here?
and I still reiterate my sentiments, many players are better suited to
playing for smaller clubs
with very little expectations and
less pressure and I can name loads of very very talented players who just don't have the big club mentality, players who bloom and shine when they are the main attraction, the big fish in a small pond but who will whither and fade once they make the step up to bigger teams...
with Arsenal Afobe will just be another player, another upstart who will find the
pressure of delivering week in week out or be out of the team hard to deal
with... at Bournemouth he has time to settle into his pace, if he misses chances like he did on his debut for the club he will still be given chances after chances, just like it happened withn him
With less pressure on perhaps we will indeed see Sanchez and Elneny
play (Elneny from the bench) Although I would be happy if one or both were kept for our next match v Burnley where the likes of Ospina Gabriel Gibbs Elneny Ox and Theo should feature.
Keeping Giroud on this squad
with the promise of substantial
playing time... the offensive tactics of this squad is way too indirect and is much more reflective of a hold up
play / cross in the box scheme that suits Giroud's skill - sets but can't continue if Wenger really wants Lacazette to be successful... without Sanchez on the pitch this offence is a little bit like a headless chicken, passing sideways, providing relatively poor service to undersized players and sub-par finishing... this isn't to suggest that Arsenal can't perform without Alexis but this offensive scheme is antiquated and ill - advised, especially considering our personnel (poor man's Barca)... if Arsenal doesn't want to pay the price to get topnotch players so we can press high and
play all out attack, we would be better served by adopting a counterattack approach... unfortunately that would mean developing a far
less skittish defensive group that could withstand the
pressure and we all know that Wenger hasn't opted for that approach considering our defensive pickups in recent years and the lack of a «boss» in the midfield

His greater value is in his positioning though: he's good at making himself available for a pass from the defenders (which is particularly useful
with Holgate, who is brave on the ball but also has a tendency to
play the first pass he sees, so having Schneiderlin as a simple option makes it
less likely he gives it away cheaply) although more useful at distracting opposition players, moving wider to drag them away from the middle and opening up passing lanes for the defenders to pass into the feet of Rooney and Sigurdsson, or
playing one - twos
with Gueye so the Senegalese has space on the ball and can turn, face
play and stride forward without immediate
pressure.
Slow music is better for this purpose in general; studies noted that music
played at fast tempos raises blood

So it's all gases at greatest density will be doing the same thing around the planet at the same time (*) and as these change
with differences in density in the
play between gravity and
pressure and kinetic and potential from greatest near the surface to more rarified,
less dense and absent any kinetic to write home about the higher one goes, then, energy conservation intact, the hotter will rise and cool because losing kinetic energy means losing temperature, thus cooling they which began
with the closest in density and kinetic energy as a sort of band of brothers near the surface will rise and cool at the same time whereupon they'll all come down together colder but wiser that great heights don't make for more comfort and giving up their heat will sink displacing the hotter now in their place when they first went travelling.
