Turns out just adding kefir into your diet can bring on detox symptoms, and these symptoms can
even mimic the flu: sore throat, swollen throat glands, and / or feeling feverish. With this new knowledge, I've decide to proceed carefully with the kefir, drink
plenty of water with lemon juice (some extra Vitamin C couldn't hurt right now), and take some relaxing,
hot baths.
There are
even great tours nearby that can be arranged at your convenience such as dolphin watching at the nearby Lovina Township.Bali Nibbana Resort has its own beach club going on and from there you can make
plenty of friends and organize other fun activities such as trekking and mountain biking. All rooms have bathrooms with
plenty of space, including power shower,
hot and cold running
water, and a deep and indulgent bath tub.
