Instead of using a
plywood board that is ripped (

cut MDF shiplap at The Home Depot this time.
Once the frame glue is completely dried, take your backing material (

cut it the size of the outer edge of the frame.

The sliding feature allows you to

board that is wider than the diameter of the blade so it is great for building pieces that use hardwood
plywood like our sideboards, desks and shelves.
