like cloth diaper wraps or pull - on pants are effective and by comparison, quick - drying.

pocket that is about as big as one of my
cloth pocket diapers.

like a Bummis Prefold).
From talking with friends (lots and lots of people
cloth diaper around here) it seems
like diapers made of synthetics (
pockets and AIOs usually) are easier to put on, but more fiddly to clean while prefolds / fitteds are a bit more fiddly to put on but dead easy to wash.
You don't have to stuff AIO
cloth diapers with inserts
like you would a
pocket diaper which is nice in my opinion.
So look for
diapers that have layers that can easily be removed or separated
like pocket diapers, all - in - twos (AI2s), fitted
cloth diapers with snap - in boosters, flats and prefolds.
Pocket cloth diapers are known for their
pocket like interior.
I made
pocket diapers (just
like the pink one baby is wearing, and used lots of funky patterns) My kids all used the same
diapers (a few have been tossed, since they do get washed numerous times over the years) It is great to not have to buy
diapers all the time — we have saved A LOT of money
cloth diapering.

Like all - in - ones,
pocket diapers have an inner
cloth lining and a waterproof outer lining (so no need for a separate cover), but there's a separate piece of fabric that you insert into the
pocket of the
diaper's inner lining.
You may have noticed that most
cloth diaper types sound exactly
like their name... Well
pocket diapers are no exception!
The size 1 ′ s are great for the tiny babies, which allow us to use
cloth earlier, AND they can be used as a
pocket diaper, for mom's who
like that better.
If you aren't going to
cloth diaper full time or aren't going to
cloth diapering for a long time (a year or less) then you might consider affordable
pocket diapers like Alva, Sunbaby and Kawaii.
