The best sign up bonus is for Citi ThankYou
point earning cards is 50,000 points on the Citi ThankYou premier.
We just posted about changes to Citi churning rules on ThankYou
point earning cards, I didn't think these restrictions were added to co-branded cards but after further checking they are.
The same for ThankYou
Point earning cards like the Prestige or Premier or American Airlines cards.
Without any other bonus categories, the card can fall short of some of the other
point earning cards out there.
This time, however, the review is being done on all previous MR
point earning cards» initial spend, and not just the latest card applied for.

Points earning card.
Thus, it's very important to know how long it's been since you were approved for another ThankYou
Points earning card or closed / product changed.

point earning card for 24 months.
This rule also applies if you have closed or product changed a ThankYou
Point earning card within the past 24 months.
Some of the Membership Rewards
points earning cards are Premier Rewards Gold Card, Every Day Credit Card, Platinum card.
This means that if I cancel or even downgrade or product change my Citi Premier to avoid the annual fee, I'll reset the clock and have to wait two years before I can receive another sign - up bonus from a Thankyou
Point earning card like the Citi Prestige.
So if you've opened or closed other ThankYou
Points earning cards in the last 24 months, such as the Citi Prestige ® Card or the Citi ThankYou ® Preferred Card, then you will likely be excluded from being able to earn this sign up bonus.
So, for example, the Citi ThankYou ® Premier Card is a ThankYou
Points earning card.

points earning cards go away, unless they're replaced by another better card.
