The upper arm is set well back, joining the shoulder blade with sufficient angulation to place the elbow beneath the highest
point of the shoulder blade when standing.
The shoulder blades and the upper arms are nearly equal in length and well set back so that the elbows fall directly under the highest
point of the shoulder blade.

point of this movement is to strengthen your mid-back and
shoulder blade muscles by opening up your chest and squeezing your
shoulder blades together with the help
of a TRX or a resistance band.

points of contact (head, in between the

should be slightly arched with laid back
shoulder blades and the top
of the front legs angled backwards from the
point of shoulder.
On top
of being a master
of disguise, she can also wield the
Blade of Evil's Bane like it's nobody's business so she
should probably just go ahead and start saving herself at this
point.
