The cause
of this
uneasiness becomes clearer if we question Ignatieff's argument at several
points: the validity
of the moral paradigm itself, the assumptions from which he proceeds, the inconsistencies in how he describes the limits to be observed in doing the «lesser evil,» and his conclusions about specific elements
of the war on terror.
One sequence in particular that stands out shows Edward Snowden making love to his girlfriend Lindsay on a bed, also making a
point to emphasize the anxiety and
uneasiness within his mind as while thrusting, he uses his peripheral vision to notice the webcam
of his laptop, a common device that could be used to spy on civilians against their will.
