listing agent not having to
split, but this comes with risk as now the
listing agent would look to maximize as there is no other side representation to keep it «reasonable».
My
point is more that a 6 % (just an example for all the fine people at the Department of Justice) as a commission,
split between the
listing side and the buyer side, is not an outsize compensation structure given some of these other services.
