Another example of opposites at work: plant climbing vines like
pole beans with tall, sturdy plants that can provide a vertical structure, like sunflowers.

I grow zucchini, cucumbers (bush plants), many many tomatoes, lettuce, rutabagas, peas, lots of potatoes (two seasons worth), asparagus (this takes years to get going), peppers, carrots, and
pole beans (a must have for anyone
with a crunch for space).

Adrian I'm kind of on a low budget and I only have Top Ramen Noodles,
beans, wheat bread and dried milk, and some can fruite.Not much can I lose weight
with just that.Plus I want to become a
pole dancer soon, so I want to lose alot this month.Also I had a baby last year and I still have this stomach flab I just cant get rid of and strech marks (light, on stomach).
I'm not even going to lie... I just never found it flattering on anyone other than 6 ft modelds
