looked pretty simple... whisk together some cornmeal and water, cook, mold, and voila, a big yellow brick of
polenta was born, all ready to be topped with some freshly made marinara.
I would have never thought to mix

polenta, but I prefer traditional as it takes more of the stock to cook, which means MORE flavour, but you decide.

looked it up and instant cornmeal is used specifically for
