legal services, their problems do not end — they have to contend with arcane and complex court procedures, they receive
poor customer service from their lawyer, they question if the
work could have been done more efficiently and, as a result, more cheaply, they don't understand the information they are given, they are not able to judge the
quality of the services they receive, they receive bills they do not understand, for amounts they never anticipated.
