When needing to get the popsicles out of the
mold, you can run the cup under hot water like a normal person, real quick like, and
pop it out that way or you can go action movie status like me and squeeze the cup,
using the heat of your hand and shooting it out, making people jump.
I highly recommend
using a silicone
mold so these
pop out easily.
I
used these ones, and each little
mold portion can
pop out with a little pinch and shove.
Also, we got these cute sailboat popsicle
molds at Costco for super cheap and haven't
used them yet - inauguration
pops!
If you have a ten
pop mold (like me) you can multiple the recipe by 1.5 (except for the vanilla cashew milk —
use 3 cups of that) to get enough mixture to fill your
mold.

I
used rubber flower
molds to make them look like lollipops, but you can
use ice
pop molds for a bigger treat.
Pop the fat bombs out of the
molds, or if
using a baking dish, cut into 15 portions.
They're quite small, but still make a good snack or dessert.The number of
pops will depend on the
molds used.
If
using silicone
mold, they will easily
pop out.
The next day
pop it out of the silicon
mold or remove it from the square dish
using the wax paper sides to lift it out.
I
used my silicone cupcake
mold which is the best to
use for this recipe because they
pop out of the
mold so easy.
The
molds we
used are shown in the picture above and I like them because I can add something to the middle, the center is hollow (and the manufacturer's website says they are BPA free:]), for example, we tried doing apple
pops (
using juice) then filled the center with homemade apple sauce!

using molds that
pop out these particles like so many ice cubes.

Pop Silicone

pop molds, leaving about 1/2» of room at the top of each
mold.
And then
pop your soap out of the
molds and then wrap or store them in a dry place ready for
