Here's my take on throwing it together (plus I'm adding m & ms and pretzels)-- 8 cups

You can
use the same
popping methods with sprouted
corn that you would for traditional dried
corn: a stovetop popper or a popcorn machine.
If you go this route just be sure that you are
popping the
corn yourself to insure that you're
using a high quality oil and going easy on the serving size.
Use sprouted
corn kernels in place of conventional
popping corn, and you can achieve popcorn perfection with the convenience of your microwave.

I've been sprinkling this on EVERYTHING but my favorite is
using it to season a batch of freshly
popped corn.
If you

corn, the flavors will

corn carefully to the pan (the
corn may try to
pop, so
use a pan screen if you have one).
Unlike
corn, you do not need to
use any oil in the
popping process and rather than close the lid, I just
used a deep saucepan and whisked the seeds while they
popped, thereby making sure they didn't burn on the bottom of the pan.
The coconut oil adds a lot of the movie theatre flavor, but you can definitely leave it out and just
use butter on air -
popped corn.
