Another thing to consider is that unless you are
popping caffeine pills (which I don't suggest) or an energy drink with an ungodly amount of concentrated caffeine (which I also wouldn't suggest), you are having a whole food, actually a whole food steeped in water, but you get the point.
Popping a
pill for menstrual cramps, or drinking
caffeine all day long to stay awake, are just some of the «quick fix» solutions that our society gravitates towards these days.
