All you need to do is mix
porridge oats with some milk and yoghurt (I use coconut milk and coconut yoghurt normally), some dried apple pieces, a sprinkling of chia seeds, a handful of sunflower seeds and some juicy raisins, then just stir it all together and leave it sit for about a minute.

My obsession
with porridge is well known so this smoothie is just perfect for me as it has all the benefits of
oats but takes only a fraction of the time to prepare and can be taken where ever I go.
Ever since my celiac diagnosis,
oats and my stomach have not gone along, but now I make a killer
porridge with buckwheat and rice flakes and chia seeds.
I love
porridge made from
oats but sadly,
oats don't agree
with me so I'd resigned myself to never eating
porridge again.
I know some people that love
porridge in its most basic form —
