The execution is the following: you
position yourself by standing next to the right side of a
low pulley row, use your left hand to execute the movement passing your body by you grabbing one handle that's attached to the
low pullet with your palm facing down (pronated grip).
Setting the
pulleys in the highest
position will emphasize the
lower pecs, the
lowest position will focus on the upper pecs, while the middle shoulder - height
position works best for hitting the middle pecs.
Before sitting yourself into the initial
position set the
pulleys at the
lowest level available on the machine.
