One of the many reasons we love Busy Philipps is her candid and often hilarious Instagram, where she frequently
posts about her fitness exploits (remember when she tried to sweat out her post-Oscars hangover in a trampoline class?).
In the meantime, I will also try to write a blog
post about a fitness related subject everyday or every other day.

The other day I
posted an older cartoon suggesting that people are more important than ideas, and quickly wrote a short
