posts and definitely has opened my eyes to a whole new world.

Despite the name of my blog and the recipes I am usually
posting here, I actually
eat very
healthy (with a side of cake haha) and am very into nutrition, so after 5 years of blogging I think its
about time to reflect that here!

Maryann Jacobsen, MS, RD, Author and blogger over at Raise
Healthy Eaters wrote a fantastic blog
post about how powerful the words «you don't have to
eat» are when it comes to picky eaters.
Although blogs and forums produce a small volume of
posts, they can support in - depth, sustained online exchanges
about weight - related topics, including helpful information
about healthy eating and weight management.
