I've built up a lovely following with readers and other
authors who generously share my
posts, invite me for guest
author interviews and I've noticed with every
interview I do just on a blog my book sales go up.

I think the
author interviews I do are responsible for most of it, but I do find that I prefer reading shorter
posts on other blogs (unless they are really super awesome, in which case they can hold my attention for more than 1300 words +!)
For the past few years I've been doing emailed
author interviews, displaying them in store and
posting them to my blog (www.scififanletter.blogspot.com).
Today he
posted and excellent
post and inspired me to watch an hour long presentation video and read more on the
interviews he did with other best selling
authors like Seth Godin.
