Post Mortem (d. Pablo Larrain) offered a fictional personal story set in the time of and impacted by the coup in Chile by Augusto Pinochet that overthrew Salvador Allende; and Inside Job (d. Charles Ferguson) blazed across the screen, a searing must - see documentary indictment of the men and institutions that caused the international
financial crash of 2009 (again, more below).
