They are very strict with these rules but I understand why — there are far too many people out there who think that when they post a hate - filled comment that contains insinuations and personal attacks mixed in with some questions — that they deserve to get an answer — I don't believe that — you should only get answers if you're not a prick about it — most people who complain about SKS moderation are people who were repeat offenders in these categories.
