days and all the police brutality and other unlawful activity videos going up
on a daily basis involving police, I would be surprised if the percentage of police force that are corrupt, underqualified, discriminatory and just plain stupid is not only a lot higher than 5.0 % but also extends into the higher - ups of the system that are harder to pin - point.
