Fuel Surcharges, one of my relatives wanted to know more about using British Airways Avios to fly Aer Lingus from Boston to Dublin, I did another search
on United.
It's a little convoluted so I will definitely need to make a separate

on fuel surcharges and still use British Airways Avios for flights to and from Europe.
