post on this, because I've tried the recipe that you linked to (twice) and while the flavor was great, the
bread was super heavy and too tough (made for great croutons, though).
I am really loving the

post to «use up your veggie leftovers» this recipe would be great and is probably pretty versatile with substitutions (spinach for kale, green beans for edamame etc).
