I have not
posted before, but as a final year nutrition student, I can empathise with the difficulties of trying to maintain a healthy diet when faced with a hectic
routine of
work and peer pressures.
I've written numerous
posts about natural ways to boost your immune system but one thing that has REALLY been
working for me lately is incorporating matcha into my daily supplement
routine.

Work Out at Home There are many exercise
routines perfect for the
post birth period that can be performed at home.
Still more
work to do to develop more control and movement efficiency, but 7 weeks after incorporating into my pre and
post training
routines and I definitely noticed an improvement in my hip mobility and flexibility.
In a few more weeks I'll return to
post another update — I'm hoping by then to have established a stable
routine that
works for me.
What type of exercise
routine would you recommend to go along with the weight loss and what type of supplements should I take to enhance the
work out I definitely need a pre and a
post work out supplement.

I have to agree with her on that one and, if you remember our previous
post, some world class athlete type blog buddies of mine agree too as they told us how Kombucha fits in with their
work out
routines back in April.
On a more serious note than I originally intended this
post to be: I encourage you guys to find time for you & your partner to get out of your daily
routine and go do something fun that you both enjoy... even if that
routine is currently
working 60 nights straight (including Sat & Sun), make it happen.
I have been paying attention to general fitness, and I mentioned I would love to
work on my abs in my last sportswear / fitness
post, so I went digging into Jada's fitness
routine.
I've gotten into a new
routine that has been great for
working out and
working but hasn't left me with as much time to create
posts for this little blog of mine, but I really hope to try and find more time soon!

«New Year New Me» is our new morning alarm as we attempt to wake up at 6 am to start the day off with exercise and a meal of more than coffee before heading to
