post-observation debrief meetings often entailed refinements of our POP.
During
the post-observation debriefing, the teacher and observer team collaboratively examine the data collected and discuss what the data indicate about the relationship between teaching and student learning in terms of the teacher's focus.
Using protocols — explicit structures for conversations — to guide the pre-observation conversation and
post-observation debriefing helps observer teams use time effectively.

the post-observation debriefing.
