In my last
post about content monetization for book publishers, I introduced the strategy of «chunking» in which a publisher takes its licensed content and breaks it up into resellable, reusable pieces.

content of important emails through Correctica's «Proof It Free» tool.
Think
about how often you yourself stay tuned, from the first line to the last line of an email, article, blog
post, ebook, research report or any type of
content.
In some cases it has to remove
content because of a court order, but in other cases it will remove even relatively inoffensive images and
posts — such as pictures of women breast - feeding their children, for example — because it breaches the site's community standards, or because someone complains
about the
content.
The Moment that I saw
about the San Bernardino shootings included primarily tweets and
content from «official» accounts, such as CNN and the personal accounts of journalists who were reacting to the news, or
posting aspects of the information.
Match your Facebook
posts to adverts that you have running so you can gather further information
about which types of
content are popular and which aren't.
And I am not just talking
about content in the form of guest
posts or blog
posts.
Foster connections and conversations between them by
posting social
content about topics that resonate with them 80 percent of the time and only weave in brand messages 20 percent of the time.
Content can be a blog
post, an ebook, a video, an email newsletter, an infographic or just
about anything that's going to be consumed by an audience.
On a similar note, avoid
posting material just for the sake of putting up
content, and before you
post, ask what the
post says
about you're brand.
Consider the staggering amount of
content created every day that is not compelling: Facebook
posts about cute cats and memes.
If you create a lengthy and detailed
post about the future of
content marketing, you will build significant trust with readers, generate social shares and develop deeper relationships with potential customers.
Don't
post and forget — engage with people on your pages and reach out to others in your space to talk
about their
content.
