about being vegan, and we discuss a whole food

based diet, one of the questions I get a lot (after «what
about protein» and «I could never quit cheese» — questions that we will discuss in another
post) is «what do you have for breakfast?»

post — Even Jeff Novick who did the «From Oil to Nuts» DVD, going into great detail
about the problems with nuts (calories and too many omega 6's) says right there in that video that 1 - 2 ounces of nuts in the context of a healthy whole
