When it comes to pumpkin, I'd rather have a «
pot» than a
pie any
day.
To my crock -
pot method I add 1 pkg of beef gravy mix to give it even more beefy flavour, I like my stew nick and thick like gravy and not watery so if there are leftovers the next
day I make meat
pies with it.

I know cooking another meal isn't ideal right after you made a massive meal for Thanksgiving but turkey lasts a bit in the refrigerator so you can take a break for a
day or two and then shred up the turkey or rough chop it and make this curry turkey
pot pie.

pot pies, soups, to quesadillas — we are going way beyond the next
day turkey sandwiches.
I had so much left over I turned it in to a

day.
These
days, of course, my classic chicken
pot pie is a little more involved... but still pretty dang easy and always crazy comforting.
If you didn't eat your dinner that night, you'd have if for breakfast the next
day, if you didn't eat it then, that was your lunch...... she tried that once with chicken
pot pie.
Weeknight meals have to be super simple and easy and these light chicken

days when I come from work and want to put a quick meal together.

pot pie, grilled cod and indonesian rice with peanut sauce for lunch; seafood risotto, orange roughy with potato rosti and lemon sauce and banana baileys creme brulee for dessert.
