potaotes just a little bit sweeter?
Heat the remaining oil in the bottom of the tagine or skillet and fry the shallots,
potaotes, and carrots until they begin to color.
Method: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (this step is very important as
the potaotes will stick to the baking sheet with out it; and no, tin foil doesn't work).
Did not use the sauce... the best part of this recipe is the roasting of
the potaotes... finished the sweet potatoes with just some brown sugar, maple, butter orange juice drizzled over potatoes...
