I love good ole mashed
potatoes on Thanksgiving:) I was raised by my grandma who grew up on a potato farm in Idaho so potatoes have always been at the center of what we eat and have sentimental value to my grandma as well.
Place the sweet
potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet.
This sweet potato version is my new favorite because it comes together in a flash, especially if you are in the habit of roasting up a few whole sweet
potatoes on the weekend, like I am.
Meanwhile, grate parboiled
potatoes on a box grater or in a food processor, or cut using a julienne slicer.
