Regular non-canned Coconut Milk has only 50 calories and 5 grams of fat, which is perfect to add to your coffee or to
pour over a bowl of cereal.
For a quick weekday dessert it can be simply
poured over a bowl of ice cream or frozen yogurt.
But I was so smitten with the gorgeous sunlight
pouring over my bowl of soup at the dining table that I had to take a pic before diving in!
I'm sure you could
pour this over a bowl of Ramen Noodles as well.
You could even make a nice, clear, garlic broth, and
pour it over a bowl of leftovers for a beautiful soup.
