Hi Natalie, I've only ever made this recipe with
vanilla powder before so I'm not too sure about the flavour or ratios for
vanilla extract but I imagine that it should work well too.
The
vanilla extract may have made the mixture slightly too fluid so I would recommend trying the
vanilla powder instead next time!
