Some of my dessert recipes use
powdered coconut palm sugar to replace regular powdered sugar.
I have used
powdered coconut palm sugar in recipes, but not often.
Use
powdered coconut palm sugar in frostings and cake recipes where powdered sugar is called for.

Add in
coconut, apricots, almond meal (or protein
powder),
palm sugar, chia seeds and sea salt in food processor and process until apricots chopped and well combined with other ingredients.

My body does not process
sugars (honey, agave, fruits, white
sugar,
coconut palm sugar, etc.) well right now, so I have had to turn to Now Brand Better Stevia as well as
powdered stevia.

Why do I use
coconut palm sugar instead of
powdered sugar?
We followed the recipe using
palm shortening and then only used a little bit of the
powdered coconut sugar (not even close to 1/2 cup) and they were plenty sweet.
In a medium bowl combine Sprouted Spelt Flour,
coconut palm sugar, baking
powder and salt.
