Add a seasoned garlic herb breadcrumb mixture (yes, more garlic — I find that a mix of fresh and
powdered garlic gives that realistic garlic bread flavor) and cook until browned
It is a smell that I yearned for when I wandered the streets of New York City in my early twenties, glancing at every unfamiliar dollar slice shop that smelled too strongly
of powdered garlic.
If
using powdered garlic / ginger mix, add a teaspoon of water and mix well, if using fresh, grind both into a paste.

so used normal paprika and a little chipotle sauce, didn't have apple cider vinegar so used mirin, white vinegar and a sprinkle of lemon juice, for sugar I used muscovado, normal brown sugar and maple syrup, for liquid smoke I used smoke salt (I used reduced salt soy sauce for the most part) and used
powdered garlic and onion.
If desired, add a dash of white pepper and / or
some powdered garlic.
I did add
some powdered garlic and a bit more salt to the batter.
I used regular flour, made my own chefs blend (
powdered garlic, dried basil, pepper, seasoned salt, paprika), added chopped tomatoes, and finished with butter instead if the grapeseed oil.
Heat up a frying pan, add some ghee or coconut oil and your cauliflower rice, then chuck in some taco seasoning (or a mixture of cumin, smoked paprika,
powdered garlic, and onion and salt).
Of course, only fresh, organic garlic will do —
powdered garlic and «garlic salt» are of little benefit.
