powdered milk» (I am using dehydrated grains).
Kefir bacteria will feed on the
powdered milk if you give it to them.
There are only 10 - 15 beneficial microbial strains in
milk kefir made with
powder compared with
kefir made with live grains, not to mention it is more expensive too!
Gently stir
kefir grains or one packet of
kefir starter
powder into the raw
milk.

kefir from a --- non - fat gallon of regular store bought
milk - and don't have any issues its great — I make cheese and juice — the cheese is for dips — and salads and tuna mix and all that — great in soups and stews — the juice I make protein smoothies out of it — every day a 16 ounce smoothie — just protein
powder and
kefir juice and sometimes a blender with banana or some other fruit — its awesome and I have no digestive issues ever — hope this info helps — keep using it maybe try non fat regular
milk — see what happens --
