I was just wondering if I could use
powdered stevia in place of the agave nectar seeing as I do not have any, or perhaps maple syrup?
Some brands have a bitter, metallic taste — we prefer to use
green powdered stevia rather than the clear liquid or white powders.
Now I always love making some kind of chocolate sauce with
cocoa powder stevia and almond milk, or just nut butter because it's vegan crack.
The one little note I'll share is make sure to only use
green powder stevia, which is the pure form it comes in.
2 cups water 3 Tbsp Grass Fed Beef Gelatin (other brands may not work) Juice of 2 lemons 1 tsp lemon zest 1/2 tsp
powdered stevia extract 2 Tbsp raw honey
I substituted 3 dates instead of agave, 1/2
tsp powdered Stevia instead of drops, & I also added 1 teaspoon of almond extract.
Sugar: Depending on how sweet you like your hot chocolate, you can cut back on the sugar and
add powdered stevia or any other natural powdered sweetener to your liking.

The bake temp / time is 375 for 20 minutes, and the ingredients are as follows: 1 c. applesauce 1/2 c. oat flour 1/3 c. cocoa powder 6 T. coconut sugar 2 t. baking powder 1/2 t. baking soda 1/2 t. sea salt dash cinnamon 1/8
t. powdered stevia extract (or 2 more T. coconut sugar) 1 t. vanilla 1/4 c. chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Quick question — do you know if there are things I can substitute for
powdered stevia if I don't have that?
I tried these out yesterday,
put powdered stevia instead of erythritol and cooked them for about 45 minutes.
Powdered stevia products may have added dextrose, maltodextrin, sugar, and other artificial sweeteners, which could affect blood sugar.
My body does not process sugars (honey, agave, fruits, white sugar, coconut palm sugar, etc.) well right now, so I have had to turn to Now Brand Better Stevia as well
as powdered stevia.
Would I be able to sub 2 Tablespoons of
powdered stevia in the recipe and increase or add a liquid?
