powdered sugar because that is so not paleo friendly, but the taste and texture of these is spot on.

powder because it doesn't have any
sugar or alcohol added as it's literally just ground up vanilla pods, and it's a cheaper alternative to whole vanilla beans.

sugar is far more moist than
powdered, and
powdered sugar already has some in it)
It's really important to
powder the coco
sugar because otherwise your white chocolate is hella grainy.
And you'll want to lick your fingers clean, too,
because the glaze includes espresso
