If you plan on making smoothies often, I highly recommend having
a powerful blender like this Ninja blending system.
Blend all that up, you know, we have a really powerful Vitamix, so I make sure it's blended, but not over blended because those, if you have
a powerful blender like that, it can actually oxidize, it can mix in that oxygen with some of these antioxidant properties.
I suggest
a powerful blender like Ninja (which I own) or the Montell Williams» blender for example... Get a really good one.
You could and I think it would work if you had a very
powerful blender like a VItamix, but I don't think it will work with a regular one, or even a Ninja.
If you don't have
a powerful blender like me, make sure you soak your cashews all night long.
If you also don't have
a powerful blender like me, cut up the dates and crush the nuts beforehand to avoid the risk of an engine meltdown.

powerful blender and food processor when blending things
like medjool dates as many lower range
blenders won't be able to handle them.

powerful enough to process the beets completely.
