We all know that the Switch is a less
powerful console so you'll expect some kind of graphical degradation.

Not to mention, the Wii U version has a noticeable drop in graphical quality overall,
so fans who don't care about playing as Bowser or Donkey Kong will want to spring for the more
powerful console versions.
I understand why people who claim graphics are not as much as important as gameplay experiences would be
so excited for a Nintendo HD system: Nintendo always impress us somehow, and they usually make graphically impressive games even when their
console is outpowered — it's only natural to get excited at what they could give us with a more
powerful equipment.
The Gamepad is probably the most expensive thing in the box,
so if they added more
powerful guts the
console would be well passed the price of the PS4.
That would just be the base
console, the more
powerful console would need to be an even bigger improvement than that,
so as to avoid having the two
consoles be too similar to one another.
The truth is simple, both the PS4 and Xbox One are more than
powerful enough to give us some truly stunning games this gen.. They have already, they will continue to do
so for several more years, me I play games specs in the reality of a
console gamer don't really matter.
So much for all the people who kept thinking devs would strive for parity across the board... some may but most will push their game engines to try and deliver the best they can on the more
powerful console the same way the PS4 was hitting 1080p more often than the XB1 and it didn't stop them then and it won't stop the devs now.
Despite the disappointment I have with the new way GT: S is going, I still feel it's going to garner a lot of attention this holiday,
so that's going to overshadow MS new «most

My biggest issue with MS and the X1's design is that if they weren't
so insistent on developing and packing in that damn camera, they could have devoted those resources to simply building a much more
powerful console that could have handled 1080p / 60 fps on a more consistent basis.

powerful than the Vita, and Wii U.... if it use the Tegra 2 chip it will be right next to ps4 1.8 teraflops or higher, but most likely if they use that, Nintendo might underclock it to increase battery power, but lets say they lock it to ps4 1.8 teraflops... every game for ps4 will be on the NX... and this is where the fear comes from... the 3ds have many exclusives, only thing that hold it back was graphics, now that wont be the issue in the NX... look how they announce Dragon quest 11 for NX already... Square Enix is thinking about money... and which
console sold most of their games... the 3ds...
so do not be surprised every big game from Square Enix and other Japanese developers come to the NX... and if they are anything like CAPCOM they will rather save money and make their game for one
console aka the NX like they do with Monster Hunter... me personally I can not wait to see all my favorite games on the 3ds in better graphics... i am a RPG lover and the 3ds have some classics that I love... only thing Nintendo have to worry about is how Western and European side of the world will feel about the new handheld... Japan will love it, handheld sell the most,
so it wont take long for NX to pass ps4 sales... but if they can get the attention of western and european... then Sony have reasons to worry and their fans

you are having many positive points yeah people claimingthat you are wrong are completely wrong because yeah more better gpu does not means that all of the games will look amzing and we know 3rd party games will look same on both
consoles, and exclusives will look amazing on both

so I don't really care about this Xbox One X stuff... buuut anyone else notice the commercials for it tout it as the «most
powerful console» on the market yet they show fucking Cuphead, some other 2D platformer and Minecraft?
The Nintendo Switch is nowhere near as
powerful as the PlayStation 4, Xbox, or PC,
so bringing Overwatch into the hybrid
console will require significant changes in the game.
It's nice to have the option to be able to switch between the two
so quickly, but in reality, Skyrim is an old game and the the Switch isn't the most
powerful console out there; therefore you get this combination of dated graphics that are scaled down and it starts to look pretty bad.
Now that the Nintendo Switch is
so beloved and Microsoft can boast the most
powerful console on the market, we're hoping to see Sony pull out all the stops for PlayStation this year.
